If you have already unlocked her, find and speak with her for the Haunting Elegance Star Path duty; if she is not in your Valley yet, you must unlock her through the quest “The Woven Bridge.”
Find Sally for the Haunting Elegance Star Path
The clue points to Sally, but the Star Path duty is separate from the quest that brings her to the Valley. If Sally is already unlocked, look for her around the Valley and speak with her. The October 2026 guide does not identify a fixed location or schedule. Use the map or character-tracking options available in your game if you need help locating her. Destructoid’s October 5, 2026 guide lists two relevant duties:
- Hang out with Sally: Talk to her, choose “Let’s hang out!”, and spend 30 minutes with her.
- Give Sally a favorite gift: Give her one of the items she has requested that day. Check her request through dialogue or on the Collection page.
Unlock Sally with “The Woven Bridge”
If Sally has not joined your Valley, the community-maintained Dreamlight Valley Wiki’s Sally page identifies “The Woven Bridge” as her unlock quest and lists these prerequisites:
- Complete Merlin’s “Odds & Ends” quest.
- Complete Mirabel’s “Healing House” quest at level two.
- Unlock Vanellope.
- Unlock Jack Skellington.
Start the quest
According to the wiki, Jack sends a letter about spiders in Anna’s Castle after the prerequisites are met. Read the letter, then enter Anna’s Castle to start “The Woven Bridge.” Follow the objectives shown in your game. The official sources cited here do not provide a complete current walkthrough of every quest step, so the listed trigger and prerequisites should not be mistaken for a full objective-by-objective guide.

If spiderwebs cannot be collected
Gameloft has an older support note about being unable to pick up spiderwebs during “The Woven Bridge.” It documents a past issue, but does not establish whether it affects the current game build or has been resolved. If you encounter it, check current official support for guidance rather than assuming the old issue is still active.

Sally’s unlock is not one of the Oogie Boogie event quests. Gameloft’s September 21, 2026 Season of Scares announcement schedules the third of six weekly Oogie Boogie quests for October 7, 2026. It says players who start the first quest before November 4 can complete the remaining quests at their own pace; Oogie Boogie and Zero unlock through that questline. These event dates concern Oogie Boogie and Zero, not the steps for inviting Sally.
