Step-by-step route to every cake ingredient
1. Start at the Cooking Station
- Enter a Freeplay server.
- Travel to the Cooking Station near the beach.
- Interact with the station to begin the cake mini-game and activate the ingredient search.
Do not start by wandering around and collecting objects before interacting with the station. The station is the quest’s starting point, and returning there is also how the cooking sequence is completed. 2. Pick up the Butter at the Surfboard Shop
- Leave the Dressing area using the ramp leading toward the beach road.
- Find the Surfboard Shop.
- Look directly on the shop counter and collect the Butter.
The counter is the useful reference, not the general shop floor. If you reach the beach road but cannot see the item, enter the Surfboard Shop and scan the counter surface from both sides. The Butter is the first beach-side pickup on the practical route, so confirm that it has registered before crossing to the next landmark.
3. Collect the Milk in Lana’s Beach House
- From the Surfboard Shop, go across to Lana’s Beach House.
- Enter the house and head to the kitchen.
- Check beside the stove for the Milk pickup.
The beach house is across from the Surfboard Shop, making this a short move from the Butter location. Search the kitchen area beside the stove rather than the living spaces. A quick way to avoid doubling back is to finish the counter and stove checks together before returning toward the Dressing area.

4. Find the Eggs in the Dressing area
- Return to the Dressing area.
- Go to the skin-tone changing area.
- Look near the small stool and flower vase to locate the Eggs.
This pickup is easy to miss if you search only the clothing racks. The guides place the Eggs by the skin-tone changing spot, with the stool and flower vase serving as visual markers. Treat those props as your orientation points instead of searching every changing station in the room.
5. Take the Sugar from the Recording Studio
- Travel to the Recording Studio.
- Go inside and locate the Cooking Show set.
- Inspect the shelf on the left side of that set and collect the Sugar.
There can be several props inside a studio, so identify the Cooking Show set before searching. The relevant shelf is on the left when you are looking through that set’s interior. If the studio contains multiple rooms or sets, do not stop at the entrance; the Sugar is specifically associated with the Cooking Show area.
6. Pick up the Flour outside the studio
- Exit the Recording Studio.
- Find the small alleyway leading toward the central staircase.
- Look for the purple bicycle.
- Collect the Flour from the orange basket attached to the bicycle.
Flour is the location most likely to be overlooked because it is not inside the Recording Studio. It is outdoors, in an orange basket on a purple bicycle. If the studio appears searched but the checklist still lacks Flour, walk outside and follow the alley toward the central staircase. Checking the studio again will not help if you have not inspected this exterior route.
How to read the route and avoid backtracking
The most efficient order keeps the two beach landmarks together, then moves through the central map toward the studio. Begin at the station, take the ramp to the Surfboard Shop for Butter, cross to Lana’s Beach House for Milk, return to the Dressing area for Eggs, and continue to the Recording Studio for Sugar. Finish outside the studio at the bicycle basket for Flour, then return to the station.
You can technically use the landmarks in another order once the quest is active, but this sequence follows the directions used by the location walkthroughs and gives you a clear visual progression. The key distinction is inside versus outside: Sugar is inside the Cooking Show set, while Flour is outside in the alley.

Return to the station and bake the cake
