Select the Nintendo Switch platform filter, narrow the list with price, category, genre, availability, or edition filters, then open each game’s live listing to confirm its current price and offer end date.
Start with Nintendo’s official sales listing
The Nintendo Sales & Deals page is the appropriate starting point for US readers looking for games included in a Nintendo eShop promotion. It is Nintendo’s own listing rather than a third-party deal roundup, so it is where you should verify the details that matter before buying: the title, platform, current price, regular price, discount information, and the date the offer ends.

Open the page directly instead of relying on an old search result, social-media post, or article. Sale inventory is changeable. A game that appeared in a previous promotion can leave the list, a price can change, and an end date can pass. Nintendo itself tells shoppers to check back for featured offers and recommendations and to explore all sales and deals.
This guide describes the US listing. Nintendo’s store pages and promotions are region-specific, so readers outside the United States should use their local Nintendo site and local eShop. Do not assume that a US price, availability status, or deadline applies to another country.

How to filter the sale for Nintendo Switch games
- Open the Sales & Deals page. Go to nintendo.com/us/store/sales-and-deals/ and wait for the sale listing to load.
- Set the platform to Nintendo Switch. Use the platform filter and choose Nintendo Switch. This removes listings for other Nintendo platforms when those are present in the sale catalog.
- Refine the results if necessary. Apply the price, category, genre, availability, or edition filters when you have a narrower shopping goal. For example, a price filter can help you stay within a budget, while a genre filter can reduce a large sale to the type of game you actually want.
- Open a title’s live entry. Select the game from the filtered results rather than making a decision from a headline, thumbnail, or remembered price.
- Check the purchase details. Confirm the current price and the offer end date on the title’s entry. Review the regular price and displayed discount as additional context, and verify that the item is the game you intend to buy rather than downloadable content.
- Return to the listing for more candidates. Use the browser’s back control or the page’s filters to compare other titles, then open their live entries one at a time. Repeat the price and end-date check for every game you may purchase.
What each filter is useful for
The filters are most helpful when you decide what kind of deal you are looking for before browsing. You do not need to use every filter; start with Nintendo Switch and add only the constraints that make the list easier to evaluate.
Platform
The platform filter is the essential first step for this search. Choose Nintendo Switch so that the results match the console you own. If the page offers more than one platform choice, leaving the filter broad can mix unrelated listings into your results.
Price
Use the price filter to focus on games within the amount you are prepared to spend. Treat the filtered amount as a way to discover candidates, not as a substitute for checking the title page: the live entry is where you confirm the current price that applies when you are ready to buy.

Category
Category filtering can separate broad kinds of eShop content. Use it when you want to reduce the list to the type of item you are shopping for, and then inspect the individual entry so you know exactly what is included.
Genre
Genre is useful when the sale contains more games than you can reasonably scan. Select the genre that matches your interest, then open several entries to check their details rather than assuming that every result offers the same type of experience.
Availability
Availability helps narrow the listing according to what Nintendo currently identifies as available. Because sale and store status can change, regard this filter as a snapshot and verify the live product entry before completing a purchase.
Edition
Edition filtering can help distinguish different versions of a title. When a game has more than one edition in the sale listing, open the relevant entry and check what you are buying, especially if the alternatives differ in included content.

How to read a sale entry before buying
A sale card or product entry can show several prices and dates. They do not all answer the same question, so read them in order.
Current price
The current price is the amount displayed for the offer at the time you check the live listing. This is the figure that should guide your purchase decision. A price copied from an earlier visit, screenshot, or article may no longer apply.
Regular price
The regular price provides a reference point for the promotion. It can help you understand how the offer differs from the usual listed price, but it does not replace checking the current sale amount.
Discount
If the entry displays a discount, use it as a quick way to understand the relationship between the regular and current prices. Confirm the actual current price as well, because the amount you pay is the price shown on the live entry.

Offer end date
The end date tells you when the particular offer is scheduled to finish. Note the date shown on the game’s current entry, not a deadline remembered from another promotion. If you plan to wait, return to the listing before buying because Nintendo can change its offers and featured selections.
Game versus downloadable content
Sales pages can contain more than complete games. Check the item name, category, and edition information so you do not mistake downloadable content for the base game or select an edition that does not contain what you expected.
A practical way to compare several Switch deals
Nintendo’s sale listing is designed for browsing, but you can make a short comparison list as you work. Record only details you have just verified from each live entry:

- Game title and the Nintendo Switch platform indication.
- Current sale price.
- Regular price and displayed discount, when shown.
- Offer end date.
- Whether the entry is a full game or downloadable content.
- Edition information, when more than one version appears.
These are the useful comparison axes for a purchase decision because they separate the financial value of the offer from the identity and timing of the item. Avoid copying a result into a permanent list without a date. The sale page is dynamic, so a saved price or deadline can become stale.

Start broad, then narrow
Apply the Nintendo Switch platform filter first. Add a price or genre filter only after you see how many results remain. This preserves a clear view of the eligible catalog while preventing an unnecessarily narrow search.
Use one meaningful constraint at a time
If you apply every available filter immediately, you may hide a game that would have suited you under a slightly different category or edition. Begin with the constraint that matters most—usually platform, budget, or genre—and add another only when the result set is still too large.
Open entries instead of judging cards
Listing cards are useful for scanning names, but the entry is the authoritative place to verify price and timing. Open the candidates that survive your initial filters, then remove any that fail your budget, edition, or deadline requirements.
Recheck after changing filters
Changing a filter changes the result set. If you return to a title after several searches, open it again and confirm its current details rather than assuming the earlier information remains valid.
Why prices and deadlines should be treated as temporary
Nintendo’s own guidance to check back for featured offers and explore all sales and deals signals that the selection changes. The sale page is a live catalog, not a permanent price table. A search-result snippet or an old guide may describe a promotion that has ended, while a current listing can add or remove titles after you last looked.
The safest habit is to perform the final check immediately before purchase: open the game’s current entry, read the current price, confirm the offer end date, and make sure the listing is for Nintendo Switch and the intended edition. If the offer has ended, go back to the Sales & Deals page and search again rather than trying to use an old link or remembered discount.

Finding a deal without an eShop gift card
You do not need an eShop gift card to find sale games. Browsing and filtering the official Sales & Deals listing is separate from how you pay. A card is only an optional way to fund an eShop purchase.
Nintendo’s Retail Offers page mentions Nintendo eShop cards and directs shoppers to shop in Nintendo eShop on a device. If you choose that route, check the card’s region compatibility and availability for your location before buying. The card does not guarantee that a particular game will remain on sale, and it does not change the need to verify the title’s live price and deadline.

Troubleshooting common problems
The results include items for another platform
Reopen the platform filter and select Nintendo Switch. Then inspect a candidate’s live entry to confirm the platform before you spend time comparing its price.
You cannot find a game you saw mentioned elsewhere
Search the current Sales & Deals page again and check the platform, category, genre, availability, and edition filters. The outside mention may refer to another region, an earlier promotion, downloadable content, or an offer that has already ended. Only the current Nintendo listing can confirm whether the title is included now.
The price does not match an older article or screenshot
Use the current price on the live entry. Prices and sale selections are dynamic, so an earlier figure may have been accurate when published but no longer apply.
The deadline is unclear
Open the individual title entry and look for the offer end date there. Do not infer a deadline from the date of a roundup article or from another game in the same sale.
You are unsure what the item contains
Review the title, category, and edition details on the live entry. If it is downloadable content or a different edition, it may not be the complete game you intended to purchase.
You are outside the United States
The linked listing is Nintendo’s US page. Use the Nintendo site and eShop for your own country or region, because prices, availability, currencies, and promotion dates can differ.
A final pre-purchase checklist
- Opened Nintendo’s current regional Sales & Deals page.
- Selected Nintendo Switch in the platform filter.
- Used price, category, genre, availability, or edition filters only as needed.
- Opened the individual game entry.
- Confirmed the current price.
- Checked the regular price and discount display, when provided.
- Read the offer end date.
- Verified that the item is the intended game, not downloadable content.
- Checked the edition and included content when multiple versions exist.
- Rechecked the listing immediately before purchase.
The shortest reliable method
For a quick search, open Nintendo’s Sales & Deals page, choose Nintendo Switch under platform, apply a price or genre filter if useful, and open each promising title. Buy only after the live entry confirms the current price, the offer end date, and the exact game or edition you want. Return to the page whenever you are ready to shop again, because the catalog and its deadlines are not fixed.
Quick Recap
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
