To use an Aniimo Face Code, open the character-customization editor, choose Import Face Data, enter the typed Face ID or scan the in-game QR option, preview the result, and confirm only after checking the current cost and character shown. Face Codes share cosmetic appearance data; they do not grant items, currency, creatures, story progress, or account access. Find codes in community posts such as AniimoShare or the Aniimo Reddit community, and keep your own exported ID or QR image with a preview before experimenting.
What an Aniimo Face Code does
An Aniimo Face Code is a player-shared representation of a character’s appearance. Depending on how the creator publishes it, you may receive a typed Face ID, a QR image, a screenshot, or several of these together. The code is intended to give you an appearance starting point inside Aniimo’s character editor.

Where to find a usable code
AniimoShare
AniimoShare’s Face Codes area is a public fan platform for browsing community creations. You can view and copy public submissions without creating an account. A listing can include a character screenshot, a typed code or QR image, and the creator’s notes, allowing you to compare the preview with the data before opening the game.

Discord sign-in is required on AniimoShare for publishing, commenting, liking, or bookmarking. The site identifies itself as independent and says its submissions are not official game content. Use that distinction when judging a listing: the platform helps distribute player creations, but it does not establish that every code is valid for your region, server, account, or client version.
Reddit and other player posts
The Aniimo Reddit community is another place where players request and post appearances. Searches often use wording such as “Can you share the character code?”, “I can’t find the share code on console,” or “anywhere designated for people to share their characters face codes?” Those posts are individual submissions rather than verified presets. Check whether the post includes a complete Face ID or an original QR image, not only a portrait.
A September 2026 discussion included one player reporting an error when using a code from another region. That is a useful warning to ask about region and server, but it is only one anecdote and does not prove a universal region lock.

- Look for a readable, complete Face ID or an uncropped QR image.
- Compare the preview with the code’s claimed appearance and read the creator’s notes.
- Record the game version, region, and server if the author provides them.
- Prefer a fresh export from the creator over a code retyped through several posts.
- Never follow a link that asks for your Aniimo account credentials to unlock a cosmetic design.
Check your account and server before editing
Before opening the editor, confirm that you are signed in with the account and server containing the character you intend to change. An independent walkthrough warns that an unexpected character-creation screen can appear when a player uses a different sign-in method or server. If the expected character is missing, stop and verify the login and server rather than saving changes on the wrong profile.

Aniimo’s official launch announcement states that the game launched on Windows PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox on September 16, 2026. It lists mobile launch for September 23, 2026, and says PC and mobile share account data. Those platform and account details do not document Face ID or QR behavior. A shared account-data statement is therefore not proof that a face code will transfer between every platform, server, region, or client version.
Import a Face ID or QR code
The following workflow reflects current independent guides. Button placement, controller prompts, and available options can change with an update, so follow the labels shown by your client when they differ.
- Open the character-customization editor. Select the character whose appearance you want to edit. Confirm the name, account, and server before proceeding.
- Find Import Face Data. Look through the customization or design controls for that label. One reported interface places an import icon in the editor, but the exact location and controller prompt may differ on PC and console.
- Choose the input method. Select the typed Face ID field, or choose the QR option offered by the in-game editor. Do not use a general-purpose QR scanner or a third-party login page.
- Enter or present the data carefully. For a typed ID, copy every character and recheck spaces, punctuation, and look-alike letters. For a QR image, use the original, uncropped file at sufficient size and brightness.
- Preview before accepting. Compare the in-game preview with the creator’s screenshot. If the face, hair, colors, or proportions are not the expected result, cancel and obtain a fresh export instead of saving a look you did not intend to use.
- Read the confirmation screen. The current client may show a cost or another confirmation requirement. The available guides do not establish a stable, universal price, so use the amount displayed for your account at that moment.
- Confirm only when satisfied. Save the imported appearance after checking the selected character and the displayed charge. If the cost is unexpected, cancel before confirming.
The editor’s exact controls are the authority for what your current build can do. Independent guides explain the path to the feature, while the official launch announcement does not provide a Face Code manual.
Save your own appearance before experimenting
Export your current face data before importing someone else’s look. In the character-customization or design area, use the editor’s export or face-data sharing option. Depending on the client, the result may be a typed Face ID, a QR image, or both.

- Open the character’s design or customization area.
- Choose the export, share, or face-data option shown by your client.
- Save the typed ID in a text file or password-protected notes app, and keep the QR image in its original resolution.
- Save a matching screenshot showing the appearance the code represents.
- Record the character, account or server context, region, and game version alongside the files.
- Test the saved data only when you are ready; retain the original files even if a later import appears to work.
A code without a matching preview is harder to identify later, especially when you have several designs. Keeping the ID or QR, screenshot, and version details together gives you a recoverable reference before you make another change.
Share a design with another player
Use the same export function to produce a typed Face ID or QR image. Send it with a character preview and concise notes rather than posting an unexplained image.
- Include the complete ID exactly as exported, preserving capitalization and any separators.
- Attach an uncropped QR image if the client produced one.
- Add a current screenshot so the recipient can verify the intended look.
- State the game version, region, and server where known.
- Say whether you tested the code after the latest update.
- Tell recipients to import it through the in-game character editor, not through a link or account form.
AniimoShare encourages screenshots and creator notes for this reason: they let other players choose a design before copying it. If a recipient reports an error, ask which platform, region, server, and client version they used before assuming the exported data is corrupted.
Compatibility: what is known and what is not
Official launch information confirms the PC, console, and mobile release schedule and says PC and mobile share account data. It does not confirm that a particular Face ID or QR code works across those platforms. AniimoDex’s September review likewise reported that the official sources it checked did not provide a compatibility matrix.

The practical rule is to preserve context. A code can be correctly copied and still fail if the receiving environment differs; the available evidence does not identify a universal region lock, platform restriction, or success rate.

The Face ID is rejected
- Copy the ID again and check for missing characters, added spaces, and similar-looking letters.
- Ask the creator for a fresh export rather than relying on a retyped version.
- Ask which game version, region, and server produced the code.
- Confirm that you are editing the intended account and character.
The QR code will not scan
- Use the original uncropped image instead of a compressed social-media thumbnail.
- Increase the displayed image size and remove glare or reflections if you are scanning from another screen.
- Ask for the typed Face ID as an alternative.
- Remember that a portrait screenshot is not QR import data.
The editor says “Face is already in usage”
The checked independent guide reports no confirmed fix for this exact message. Do not delete a character or unlink an account as an experiment. Preserve the existing design, capture the exact wording and circumstances, and send those details to official support.
A charge appears that you did not expect
Cancel before confirming and inspect the amount shown in the current client. The reviewed guides do not provide a reliable price table, and they do not establish that one charge applies to every account or version. Save only after deciding that the displayed cost is acceptable.
The code works for the creator but not for you
Compare platform, region, server, and client version first. Ask for a new export and a preview. Because no official compatibility matrix is available, neither a single successful import nor one failed attempt establishes a rule for every player.

Stay safe while using shared codes
Aniimo’s official launch notice, signed by The Polaris Institute Team, warns: “Never share your account, scan unfamiliar QR codes, or click unofficial links—scams are out there.” A Face QR image should be used only through the game’s character editor. It should never require your password, a one-time code, payment details, or a sign-in on a third-party page.
- Do not share account credentials when asking for or receiving a cosmetic design.
- Do not scan an unfamiliar QR code with a banking, authentication, or general login app.
- Do not click shortened or unofficial links claiming to “activate” a face.
- Keep exported IDs and QR images in storage that other people cannot edit.
- Report suspicious posts and preserve the exact message if you need support.
A reliable personal workflow
For repeated experimentation, use a small archive for each character. Give every saved design a descriptive name, then store the Face ID, original QR image, preview screenshot, creation date, game version, region, and server together. Before importing a community design, export the current one. After importing, compare the preview and confirmation screen, and only then save.
When publishing, reverse the process: export from the current editor, attach a preview, identify the environment in which you tested it, and tell readers that compatibility is not guaranteed outside that context. This makes a post useful even if a future update changes the editor or invalidates an older code.
