Open Epic Games Player Support’s I don’t remember the email on my Epic Games account flow. If you are signed in to the account whose email you forgot, keep that session open and use an incognito or private browser window for the search instead of signing out.

Enter your Epic Display Name and submit the search.

Check the inboxes you can access for Epic’s message, including spam or junk folders. A successful search sends the message to the account’s associated email; it does not reveal the full address in the search results.

If you can still sign in to the account, you can also open Epic Account settings and check the masked email shown there. Epic displays only some of the address and its domain, which may help you recognize it.
If your display name does not find the account
Try another identifier accepted by Epic’s email search: the account’s Epic Account ID or the display name of a console or social account linked to Epic. You can also check saved passwords and email addresses in your browser, or try signing in through a linked console or social account.

Check whether you have the Epic name or a console gamertag
The name shown on a console may not be your Epic Display Name. Epic notes that PlayStation and Xbox names may be the platform’s gamertag, while PC, Nintendo, and mobile display the Epic account name. If you only know your console gamertag, try it as a linked-account display name in the email search. You can also look for the Epic Display Name in your account or linked-account settings if you can access them.

Start Epic’s Trouble signing in? process. If the usual sign-in recovery does not resolve the problem, submit Epic’s account recovery request form. The form can use details such as an Account ID, invoice ID, an email previously used on the account, the current or most recent Epic Display Name, or a linked account to locate it.

Epic then asks for information to help verify that you own the account. This may include previous email addresses, other display names, your name and country, phone or two-factor authentication details, linked-account information, or payment information. Provide accurate details; Epic says you may skip steps when you do not have the requested information. A display name can help locate an account, but it does not by itself establish ownership or guarantee recovery.
