To finish the hide-and-seek objective in Together, as We Are, track the quest to the Mining Camp, use the scanner to reveal footprints, and follow each trail to a child. Five children count toward the objective, but Yvonne also finds one: you only need to find more than she does, so finding three yourself is enough when she has found one.
Where to start “Together, as We Are”
This is the second part of Yvonne’s Love, Scream & The Prototype quest chain. It becomes available after you complete Finally, in Full Color. Track the quest and follow its marker: the opening is described at Originium Science Park in Valley IV, while the child-search portion takes place at the Mining Camp. Use the marker to guide you between these areas.
How to find the children
- Track Together, as We Are and go to the highlighted Mining Camp search area.
- Activate the in-game scanner. It reveals footprints that lead toward a hiding child.
- Follow the trail to the child. Once the child is found, scan again to reveal another trail.
- Watch the objective counter as you search. Yvonne contributes to the count, so you do not need to locate all five children yourself if you find more than she does.
PowerPyx says the goal is to find more children than Yvonne; Nerd’s Chalk reports that Yvonne finds one automatically. With that count, finding three yourself is enough to win the objective. Finding all four children you can locate completes the full set.
Landmarks to help locate the hiding spots
If a footprint trail is difficult to follow, use these reported landmarks as visual cues. They are approximate descriptions rather than coordinates; the scanner’s tracks are the more direct guide.
- Look beside a truck and two crew members for one child.
- Check the small space near a ramp and a chest for another.
- Search by the bush in front of the Mining Camp fast-travel point.
- Two children are reported in the eastern area, including one near a building.
What happens after the search
After the children tell Yvonne where Alia went, the quest sends you to the Cradle of the Ages. The next sequence includes an Aggeloi fight and following Alia, then directs you to the Aether Test Site with Yvonne.
