To check whether a PlayStation Store purchase went through, open Transaction History on the PlayStation account that made the purchase. You can do this on the web, PS5, PS4, or PlayStation App. PlayStation’s online history defaults to the past two years, and you can choose a date range to find older transactions.
PlayStation’s support instructions explain how to view transaction details, but they do not explain how to download or resend an emailed receipt. Transaction details and an email receipt are not necessarily the same thing.

Find your PlayStation Store transaction history
Use the route for the device you have available. Menu wording may vary by region or change with software updates. The official PlayStation instructions are in PlayStation’s transaction-history guide.
On the web
- Sign in to PlayStation Account Management with the account used for the purchase.
- Choose Transaction History.
- Choose a date range. The online history defaults to the past two years.
- Select a transaction to view its details.
On PS5
- Open Settings.
- Go to Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
- Choose the account and a date range, then select the transaction.
PlayStation says only the family manager can view family members’ transaction histories.

On PS4
- Open Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Transaction History.
- Scan the QR code to view the history.
In the PlayStation App
- Select the PlayStation Store icon.
- Open the menu and select Transaction History.
- Choose a date range, then select the transaction.
Can you get a PlayStation Store receipt?
The transaction-history guide confirms that you can open transaction details and, in the online view, see a Request Refund option. It does not describe downloading or printing a receipt, or retrieving or resending the original purchase-confirmation email. If you need to verify that a purchase succeeded, use the transaction details; do not assume that this screen is a downloadable or emailed receipt.

A purchased game or add-on is not in your library
Check Transaction History first to confirm that the purchase appears on the account you are using. PlayStation recommends checking transaction history when purchased content cannot be found. If the transaction is present but the content is still missing, follow PlayStation’s missing-content and download guidance.

You do not recognize a charge
Review Transaction History and your subscription settings. If more than one PlayStation account uses the payment method, check each account. If you still cannot account for the charge, or suspect someone else accessed your account, follow PlayStation’s account-security guidance and contact PlayStation Support.
You used a voucher
PlayStation says redeemed vouchers appear in transaction details. Make sure you selected the account that redeemed the voucher: funds and content cannot be transferred between accounts. See PlayStation’s voucher guidance.
