If Roblox CAPTCHA will not load or keeps failing, allowlist .arkoselabs.com and .funcaptcha.com, check your computer’s clock, then try Roblox’s website troubleshooting steps. If you still cannot sign in, recover your account or contact Roblox Support. These steps address access problems; they do not bypass CAPTCHA.
Allow Roblox’s CAPTCHA domains
Roblox Support recommends allowlisting .arkoselabs.com and .funcaptcha.com when CAPTCHA verification causes trouble or the CAPTCHA box does not load. Check filtering software, browser settings, or network controls that might block those domains, and permit them without turning off security protections altogether. Roblox’s browser login troubleshooting lists these domains.
Check your computer’s clock
If allowing the domains does not fix the problem, check that your computer’s date, time, and time zone are accurate. Roblox notes that an incorrect clock can cause login issues. Use your operating system’s date-and-time settings to correct it, then try signing in again.
Try the browser troubleshooting steps
Roblox also recommends its general website troubleshooting for browser access problems. Follow the steps one at a time so you can tell whether a change helps. One listed step is clearing temporary internet files and cookies for the browser you are using. This is general website guidance, not a guaranteed CAPTCHA-specific fix. Roblox’s website troubleshooting guide explains the process.

Recover your account or contact Roblox Support
If you can reach the login page but cannot sign in, use the account-recovery option for a forgotten password. Roblox’s recovery process uses the email address or phone number associated with the account. If neither option is available, contact Roblox Customer Support and explain that CAPTCHA or browser login is preventing access. Roblox’s password recovery instructions cover the available recovery routes.
What about Quick Login or security keys?
Quick Login is an alternative sign-in feature, not a documented CAPTCHA fix. It lets you sign in on a new device using another device where you are already logged in. Only enter a code that you requested yourself, and never enter someone else’s code. Roblox says a Quick Login code is valid for five minutes. See Roblox’s Quick Login instructions.
