If a Roblox item is missing, first confirm you’re signed into the account that bought or redeemed it, then check the item’s correct inventory category and purchase location. Refresh the app or troubleshoot the browser only if the display appears stale or broken. If it still isn’t there, contact Roblox Support with the account, device, and purchase details. Roblox’s guidance does not identify one universal cause or guaranteed fix.
Check the account and inventory category
- Confirm the account. Make sure you’re signed into the Roblox account that purchased the item or redeemed its code. For an item bought with money, Roblox specifically advises checking the account used for that purchase: Where is the item I just bought with money?
- Look through the relevant categories. Marketplace items can appear under categories such as hats, hair, animations, faces, or packages. On the web, open Inventory from the menu, select a category and subcategory, and page through the results. Roblox’s article about missing Robux purchases also suggests checking the item page for an “Item Owned” indicator: Where is the item I just bought with Robux?
Check where and how you bought the item
Not every virtual purchase becomes a Marketplace inventory item. Roblox says experience passes are available from that experience’s Store page, while other virtual items are sold within the experience. If you bought something in a game, return to that experience and check its store or item interface rather than looking only in your general inventory. For a toy-code item, check the Roblox account where the code was redeemed and the relevant inventory category. Roblox’s toy-code guidance is here: Toy Code Redemption.
Refresh Roblox if the purchase should be there
Mobile app
For a missing purchase in the mobile app, Roblox recommends logging out, force-closing the Roblox app, reopening it, and logging back in. Follow the steps in Roblox’s missing-purchase guidance.
Xbox
On Xbox, close and reopen the Roblox app; Roblox’s instructions do not call for logging out. See the same missing-purchase article.

Delayed product receipt
If Roblox is experiencing an issue or maintenance, product receipt may be delayed. Roblox says most products are applied within an hour and at most within 24 hours: Website or App Going Down or Not Working. This is general guidance, not evidence that a current outage is causing your particular missing item.
Troubleshoot a browser-only inventory problem
If the inventory page is failing to display correctly in a browser, Roblox recommends clearing temporary internet files and cookies and disabling browser add-ons. Its website troubleshooting guidance is at General Website Issues. If that does not help, note the page you were viewing, any error message, your device and operating system, and the steps that reproduce the problem.

Contact Roblox Support if the item remains missing
Use the support path that matches the problem rather than treating every missing item as a general inventory glitch:
- Missing purchase: Provide your username, device, purchase date, and product. Roblox may ask for a purchase receipt. Start with its missing money purchase or missing Robux purchase instructions as applicable.
- Toy-code issue: Include the code, purchase details, and images of the code card and receipt. Use Toy Code Redemption.
- Reproducible platform glitch: Describe what happens, when it began, and whether it affects one item or page or occurs throughout Roblox. Roblox’s glitch guidance says users who cannot post on the Dev Forum can contact Roblox using its form and select “Bug Report” for the Type of help category: How to Report Bugs.
Before submitting a report, distinguish whether the problem affects one item, one category, one page, or the platform more broadly. That detail helps identify whether the next step is purchase support, browser troubleshooting, or a bug report.
