If you can’t log in to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), first check whether Google Play Games or other games also have sign-in trouble. If they do, follow Google’s Play Games troubleshooting steps. If MLBB is the only game affected, try the low-risk Android checks below, then contact MOONTON through the game or its listed customer-service email. Avoid uninstalling the game as an early fix: Google warns that doing so may cause data loss.
First, work out where sign-in is failing
Check whether the problem affects only MLBB or also Google Play Games and other games. That distinction helps narrow the next step; a “Mobile Legends login bug” can stem from the game, the platform sign-in, or another account or connection issue, and the available guidance does not establish one universal cause.

Try low-risk Android checks before reinstalling
Google recommends clearing the Google Play Games cache and then reopening the app to try again. If the issue continues, its guidance also suggests trying the same cache-clearing approach for Google Play services or the affected game, and checking Google Play for an available game update. These checks are intended for Android; the Google Play guidance does not describe Apple-device steps.

- Clear the Google Play Games app cache, then reopen Play Games and retry MLBB sign-in.
- If the problem persists, try clearing the cache for Google Play services or MLBB as described in Google’s troubleshooting guide.
- Open Google Play and check whether MLBB has an available update.
Do not make uninstalling and reinstalling your first move. Google warns that uninstalling and reinstalling a game may cause data loss; its guidance does not promise that reinstalling will restore access or preserve local game state.
Contact MOONTON if MLBB alone still won’t open
If you can reach the game, use its Contact Us option. The current Google Play listing also gives the customer-service address [email protected]; the Apple App Store listing shows the same address and in-game support route. Store availability and listing details can vary by region and change over time. Neither listing specifies a response time, and contacting support should not be treated as a substitute for an account-recovery process.

When you contact support, describe the exact failure—such as “sign-in failed” or being unable to reach the lobby—and whether other games can sign in. Do not include your password or verification codes in a support request.
