Select ONE PIECE BOUNTY RUSH, choose Enter Promotion Code, and sign in with the Bandai Namco ID linked to your game account.
If the code is accepted but the reward is missing, return to the game’s home screen to trigger delivery. Store items that still do not appear may require an app restart. Steam players may need to access the store through the mobile version, and Web Store availability can vary by country or region.

Use the correct redemption route first
Bandai Namco’s FAQ answers the location question directly: “You can enter the promotion code on the official Web Store page.” The same answer says that a Bandai Namco ID connected to your game account is required.

Quick diagnosis by failure stage
| Stage | What to verify | What success looks like | If it still fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store access | You opened the official Bandai Namco Web Store and selected One Piece Bounty Rush. | The game page shows Enter Promotion Code. | Check whether the store is available in your country or region. Steam users should use the mobile-version route described below. |
| Account sign-in | The Bandai Namco ID used at the store is the one linked to your game account. | The store recognizes the account associated with your game data. | Check the game’s data-link setting and confirm the Bandai Namco ID connection. |
| Code submission | The code was entered on the game’s Web Store page. | The store accepts the submission and records the exchange. | Return to the official announcement that issued that particular code and read its stated conditions or deadline. |
| Reward delivery | You reopened the game and visited the home screen after the Web Store transaction. | The item appears in the location specified by the game. | Restart the app if a store item is still missing. Rewards other than paid Rainbow Diamonds are delivered to the gift box according to the official guide. |
| Persistent error | The route, account link, and code-specific terms all check out. | None. | Use Bandai Namco’s support form for your platform. Response time depends on the inquiry and timing, and weekends or holidays can delay a reply. |
Confirm your Bandai Namco ID connection
The Web Store cannot associate a promotion-code reward with the game unless the game account is connected to a Bandai Namco ID. Signing in with a different ID can make a valid code appear unusable for the account you intended to reward.
Check the link from inside the game
- Open One Piece Bounty Rush.
- Open the game’s account or data-link area.
- Check the Bandai Namco ID linkage shown there.
- Sign in to the Web Store with that same ID before attempting the code again.
The official guide specifically recommends checking the in-game data-link setting when the Web Store cannot be used. Do not create or select another Bandai Namco ID as a guess; first identify the ID already connected to your game data.
Why the matching ID matters
A promotion-code submission is tied to the account authenticated at the store. If the browser is already signed in to another household member’s, alternate, or old Bandai Namco ID, the store may process the request for the wrong game account. Sign out, verify the linked ID in the game, and then sign back in with that account.

Steam users: use the mobile-version path
The official Web Store guide says the store is available for the mobile version. Steam players can use it by accessing the mobile version through the game’s multi-login feature. That means a Steam installation may not expose the same direct Web Store route as a mobile session.

- Open the official Web Store and select One Piece Bounty Rush.
- Choose Enter Promotion Code and submit the code while signed in with the linked ID.
- Return to the game home screen and check for delivery.
If you only have access to the Steam client, follow the publisher’s account-link and multi-login instructions rather than searching for an in-game Steam code screen.
What to do when the code is accepted but the reward is missing
Redeeming a code and receiving the item are separate stages. The official guide says to open the in-game home screen after a Web Store transaction or exchange so the item can be received.
- Close any Web Store confirmation page only after the submission has completed.
- Launch One Piece Bounty Rush.
- Open the game’s home screen.
- Check the delivery location appropriate to the reward.
- If a Web Store item does not appear, completely restart the app and check again.
The guide states that rewards other than paid Rainbow Diamonds are delivered to the gift box. That instruction does not mean every possible code reward must use the gift box, so check the item’s normal in-game destination as well as the box.

Paid Rainbow Diamonds are expressly excluded from the guide’s statement about delivery to the gift box. If the code or Web Store exchange concerns another type of item, use the gift box guidance; for paid Rainbow Diamonds, follow the game’s account and currency display instead.

Check the announcement for that exact code
The official FAQ explains where promotion codes go and which account connection is required, but it does not publish a universal list of rejection messages or conditions for every code. The announcement that originally issued the code is therefore the authoritative place to check its own terms.
Look for any deadline, event condition, eligibility statement, or other instruction printed with that specific code. Treat those details as code-specific rather than assuming they apply to every One Piece Bounty Rush promotion.
Causes that are not established as universal rules
The reviewed official instructions do not establish that all One Piece Bounty Rush codes are always case-sensitive, single-use, region-locked, or valid for every platform. Those conditions may appear in an individual announcement, but they should not be presented as blanket rules without that code’s own official wording.

When the Web Store is unavailable
The Web Store guide notes that availability and offers can differ by country or region, and that some countries cannot use the store. This is a limitation on store access. It is not, by itself, proof that every promotion code is region-locked.
If the store page will not load or the game is not listed
- Confirm that you opened the official Bandai Namco Web Store rather than an unofficial code page.
- Check that One Piece Bounty Rush is available in the store for your country or region.
- Verify the game account’s Bandai Namco ID link in the in-game data-link setting.
- If you play on Steam, use the mobile-version and multi-login route.
- If the store remains unavailable, use the support form for your platform and explain your country or region, platform, and account-link status.
Support escalation for an unresolved redemption
Contact Bandai Namco through the official support form for the platform you use when all of the following are true:
- You used the official Web Store and selected Enter Promotion Code.
- You signed in with the Bandai Namco ID connected to the game account.
- You checked the issuing announcement for the code’s own deadline and conditions.
- You reopened the game home screen and restarted the app when the reward was missing.
Include the platform, the game account’s linked-ID status, the approximate time of the attempt, the exact error wording, and the announcement or event that provided the code. Do not send your password or other account credentials. The support page warns that response times vary with the inquiry and timing; weekends and holidays may take longer, and some inquiries may not receive a response.
A practical decision path
The code field is missing
You are probably not on the official game page. Open the Bandai Namco Web Store, choose One Piece Bounty Rush, and look for Enter Promotion Code.

- Compatible with Wide Screens - To ensure compatibility with the dual monitor mount, your each monitor must meet three conditions at the same time: First, computer screens size range: 13 to 32 inches. Second, screen weight range: 4.4 to 19.8 lbs. Third, the back of the monitor screen must have VESA mounting holes with a pitch of 75x75mm or 100x100mm.
- Regarding the compatibility with desks - Your desk must meet three conditions at the same time: First, desk material: Only wooden desks are recommended, plastic or glass desks cannot be used. Second, desk thickness range: 0.59" - 3.54". Third, the bottom of the desk should not have any cross beams or panels, as this will interfere with installation. We recommend carefully checking that your desk and monitors meets all above conditions before purchasing.
- Dual C-Clamp Hold - Worried your dual monitors might wobble or slip? Our upgraded base uses a larger platform plus a dual C-clamp structure to lock the dual monitor arm firmly to your desk. Each arm safely keeps your screens steady while you type, click and game—no shaking, no sliding, just a clean and secure setup you can trust every day. It also provides Grommet Mounting installation choice, both options ensure stable and secure fixation for your 0.59" - 3.54" desk.

The monitor stand offers +85°/-50° tilt, ±90° swivel and 360° rotation. Raise your monitor up to 15.75″ to support a healthy sitting posture. Whether you’re working from home, gaming through the night, or switching between video calls and documents, getting the screens to your natural line of sight helps relieve neck, shoulder and back strain so you can stay focused longer with less fatigue.
- Keep Your Desk Organized: By lifting both screens off the desktop, this dual monitor stand opens up valuable space for your keyboard, notebook, docking station or a simple, clutter-free work area. Built-in cable management guides wires along the arms, keeping cords out of sight and out of the way. Enjoy a tidy, modern workstation that looks as good as it feels to use.
The store asks for an account or rejects the account link
Stop entering the code and check the game’s data-link setting. The Web Store login must be the same Bandai Namco ID connected to your game account.
The code submits but nothing arrives
Open the game home screen, check the appropriate delivery location, and restart the app if a Web Store item remains absent.
The store is unavailable in your location
Review the regional availability note in the official guide and contact support for your platform. Do not assume that a store-access restriction proves the code itself is region-locked.
The code still fails after every check
Use the official support form with the code’s issuing announcement and the precise error message. The official sources do not provide a complete public catalog of rejection codes, so support is the appropriate final step.
