If a Prime Gaming reward will not claim or is missing after you claimed it, first check the specific offer’s redemption instructions and its status in My Collection. Then verify that the Amazon account, game account, and—where relevant—platform account are the ones you intended to use. A claim may require an extra account link, code, or storefront step; the delivery process varies by offer.
First, identify where the claim is getting stuck
A Prime Gaming reward does not always arrive in the same place or by the same route. Some offers require linking a game account, some provide a code, and others involve a launcher or storefront. Amazon says the offer page supplies its own directions, so do not assume that a claim button alone completes every redemption.
Reopen the exact offer in Prime Gaming and read its claim or redemption instructions. If you already claimed it, check the reward’s status in My Collection. Amazon’s Prime Gaming overview explains that some offers require account linking and provide access directions after claiming.
What the status means

Check the account chain
Confirm which Amazon account claimed the reward, which game account was linked, and which platform account the game is using. Being signed in to the right game on the wrong account can make a correctly claimed reward appear missing.
For EA rewards
EA says the Amazon account, EA Account, and platform account must be linked correctly for Prime Gaming rewards. Check the connections in EA account settings, especially if you may have linked a different EA account than the one you play on. EA notes that a reward delivered to the wrong account may be difficult or impossible to transfer.

If the links are corrected and the claim still needs retrying, EA’s missing EA currency, items, and rewards guide suggests trying the claim again in a private or incognito browser window. Do not unlink accounts casually: relinking rules can differ by game and account system.
For Epic Games Store rewards
If the reward is a game that should appear in your Epic library, check that you are signed in to the Epic account you intended to use. Epic also advises checking whether the country on the Epic account matches your actual country and whether the offer was available in your region. These checks apply to missing Epic library games, not every Prime Gaming reward.

If the account is correct and eligible but the game remains missing, contact Prime Gaming support. Epic’s missing game from Prime Gaming guide describes these checks.
Follow the offer’s game-specific instructions
Even within one service, redemption steps can vary. Read the offer page’s own FAQ or directions rather than applying another game’s procedure. For example, Amazon Games provides a dedicated New World: Aeternum reward-claiming guide; its steps are specific to that game. Amazon’s Prime Gaming Support index is a starting point for finding official help.

When to contact support
Contact Prime Gaming support or the relevant game publisher if the reward is still missing after you have followed the offer’s directions, checked My Collection, and verified the linked accounts. Include the offer name, the status shown, the game and platform account involved, and a short list of steps you have already tried. The support guidance does not establish a universal response time or guarantee that an undeliverable reward can be recovered.
