If Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice crashes, rejects your login, or gets stuck loading, try the low-risk checks below first: fully close and reopen the game, restart your device, check storage and software updates, then compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. These are general mobile-game troubleshooting steps—not fixes confirmed by the publisher for this specific title. The Google Play listing names Wanda Cinemas Games as developer and lists the game with support email [email protected]; no title-specific troubleshooting article or verified current outage notice was found.
Start with safe checks
Try these in order, testing the game after each step so you can see whether the symptom changes. Close the game before changing connections or restarting the device.
- Fully close and reopen the game. Make sure it is no longer running in the background, then launch it again. General mobile support guidance recommends closing an app completely rather than leaving it suspended. SEGA’s Android troubleshooting guide covers this advice for other games; it is not a confirmed fix for Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice.
- Restart your device. A full restart may clear a temporary device or app condition. This is also general guidance, not a title-specific fix. See SEGA’s Android guide and BANDAI NAMCO’s FAQ.
- Check available storage and device software. If storage is nearly full, free space and try again. Check whether your device has an available system update. General support guidance identifies storage and device conditions as possible contributors, but the game’s Google Play listing does not state a minimum device specification.
- Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data. Exit the game, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the reverse, and reopen it. If one works and the other does not, that is a useful clue about the network connection—not proof of a game-wide login outage. SEGA recommends testing Wi-Fi and cellular separately, while BANDAI NAMCO identifies unstable connectivity as a possible cause of slow loading; both sources address other games.
Protect your account before reinstalling
Do not clear the game’s data or uninstall it as an early troubleshooting step. The Google Play listing does not explain account linking, save transfer, or account recovery, and a general support guide advises checking whether data can be backed up before reinstalling. First confirm how your game account is recovered; if you cannot verify that, contact the listed support address before removing the app.
Work out where the failure happens
Note the exact point at which the problem occurs and whether any safe check changes it. These observations help describe the issue; they do not establish its cause.

- Does the same problem happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data?
- Does restarting the device or freeing storage change the symptom?
- Does the issue persist across more than one attempt?
If several players report the same failure at around the same time, check the game’s official channels or ask support. No active incident or specific official status page was verified, so an isolated connection test cannot confirm a wider outage.

The Google Play listing identifies Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice as a vertical-screen idle RPG, names Wanda Cinemas Games as developer, and shows an update date of July 13, 2026. Its “10K+” figure is a storefront download metric, not a count of affected players or a measure of reliability. The listing’s description calls it “The first Saint Seiya Themed Vertical Screen Idle RPG”; that is the vendor’s promotional wording, not an independently verified market claim. The listing does not establish how often crashes, login errors, or loading problems occur.
