To complete the Cuphead DLC’s achievements, finish the Isle IV story, clear the King of Games challenges, and tackle the rank and secret-boss challenges. That checklist is not the same as getting 100% on your in-game save file: the exact current save-file percentage formula is not established by the available sources.
First, decide what “100%” means
There are two different goals players may mean by 100% completion:

The steps below are a practical checklist for DLC achievement completion. If you mean the percentage shown on your save, check that display directly rather than assuming the achievement list determines it.
Complete the Isle IV story
Beat the five main Isle IV bosses and finish the ingredient quest to unlock the final encounter:

- Defeat Glumstone the Giant.
- Defeat Mortimer Freeze.
- Defeat The Howling Aces.
- Collect the five ingredients for the Wondertart and complete the quest that leads to Chef Saltbaker.

Clear the King of Games challenges
Defeat the five champions—the Pawns, Knight, Bishop, Rook, and Queen—then complete the gauntlet that strings their fights together. These encounters use a different approach from ordinary boss fights: GameSpot reports that weapons and charms are unavailable and that winning relies on parrying. See the challenge details.

Earn the Isle IV boss ranks
For the Ranger achievement, GameSpot reports that you need an A-rank or higher on every Isle IV boss, including the two secret bosses. Its guide gives these A-rank targets:
- Play on Regular difficulty.
- Win in under two minutes.
- Finish with at least 3 HP.
- Land three parries.
- Use six special attacks.
The guide also warns that using Djimmi’s extra-HP wishes voids progress toward this achievement. These are GameSpot’s reported criteria, not independently verified here. Consult its rank guide.

Complete the secret-boss and relic challenges
Use the Broken Relic to solve the Isle IV graveyard puzzle and access the secret encounter. GameSpot’s guide says completing the encounter leads to the Cursed Relic, which can be upgraded by defeating seven or more bosses on Regular or Expert. A Steam community guide gives a different threshold in its achievement instructions, so the exact current requirement should not be treated as settled across versions. Finish the remaining achievement challenges
GameSpot’s list also includes challenges beyond story progression and the Ranger ranks. Check your platform’s achievement list and work through any of these that remain:

- Defeat an Isle IV boss without killing any minions.
- Defeat a boss as Ms. Chalice and defeat one using her Super Art.
- Defeat a boss with a new weapon.
- Complete the 9-HP achievement challenge.

Studio MDHR’s Steam listing describes the DLC as an adventure on a new Inkwell Isle featuring Ms. Chalice, and says the Steam DLC requires the Cuphead base game. View the Steam listing. The available sources do not verify whether every achievement, S-rank, or relic challenge is required for the current save-file percentage, or whether that formula varies by platform or version.
