The FFXIV crossover event The Path Infernal ran from April 2 to May 8, 2024, and its quest is no longer available to start. Its rewards were four Metian armor pieces, Torgal items, a Triple Triad card, and ten orchestrion rolls. No rerun or alternate way to obtain them is confirmed by the sources cited here.
Can you start The Path Infernal now?
No. Square Enix’s North American event page scheduled The Path Infernal from April 2, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. through May 8, 2024, at 7:59 a.m. PDT. The official event page lists those dates, and the Eorzea Database quest entry says the quest can only be accepted during the event period. Those sources do not confirm a future rerun or another acquisition method, so players who missed the event cannot start it based on the information available here.

What were the event requirements and starting location?
During the event, you needed a level 50 character (limited jobs excluded) and completion of the main scenario quest “The Ultimate Weapon.” The quest began with the Neophyte Adventurer at Ul’dah: Steps of Nald (X:8.8, Y:9.8), according to Square Enix’s March 28, 2024 Community Blog post.

Square Enix’s event page and blog establish the entry requirements, quest contact, and reward list, but do not describe every claim step in their text. A walkthrough last updated May 3, 2024, reported that players used a Metian Attire Coffer, Torgal Whistle, and Torgal Pup from their inventory for the outfit, mount, and minion. It also reported obtaining the orchestrion rolls from the Gold Saucer Prize Claim and the Clive Rosfield Card from the Triple Triad Trader. These are historical walkthrough details, not confirmation that those items or vendors are available for event rewards today; see the 2024 walkthrough.
