As of August 12, 2026, the old Dino Quest method is no longer the current way to get Bone Blossom. The current route is to buy a Bone Blossom seed from the event seed shop during an active Blood Moon/Bone event. The currently published 2026 schedule lists the next Blood Moon window as October 1 through December 31, 2026. Until that event is active, your practical option is to trade with another player who already has the seed or crop.

How to get Bone Blossom during the Blood Moon event
- Open the original Grow a Garden experience. Make sure you have joined Grow a Garden, not the separately listed Grow a Garden 2.
- Check the live event status. Look for the Blood Moon or Bone event notification and confirm it through the game’s event interface. Do not rely only on an old guide or a third-party countdown.
- Open the event seed shop. Bone Blossom is associated with the event shop, not the permanent Seed Shop. Look for the Bone Blossom seed in the rotating event inventory.
- Buy the seed if it is stocked. The shop’s inventory and price may rotate, so the seed may not be available every time you check during an event.
- Plant it promptly. Once you obtain the seed, plant it before the limited event period ends. After planting, it can enter the ordinary growing and harvesting loop of the game; the event-shop availability is the time-sensitive part.
Can you get Bone Blossom right now?
On the date covered by this guide—August 12, 2026—the published Blood Moon schedule does not show an active event. It lists October 1–December 31, 2026 as the next Blood Moon window. That means the event-shop route is not scheduled to be available yet.

There are two sensible choices:
- Wait for the next Blood Moon/Bone event and check the event seed shop when it begins.
- Trade with another player if you want Bone Blossom before the next listed event window and can find someone willing to trade.
The calendar is an unofficial, third-party reference rather than a permanent guarantee. Saturday patches, event changes, or developer announcements may alter the timing. Treat October 1–December 31 as the current published schedule, then confirm the actual event and shop inventory in-game.
The old method: 21 Prehistoric Dino Quests
Bone Blossom originally debuted during the July 2025 Prehistoric Event. At that time, players progressed through Dino Quests issued by the event NPC Blaire. Completing the full progression—reported by contemporary guides as 21 quests—awarded a Bone Blossom seed as the weekly or final reward.
The quest track refreshed periodically. Players who completed the available quests efficiently could reportedly finish the progression in roughly three and a half days at minimum, depending on the event’s quest timing and requirements. After receiving the first reward, the track could reportedly be restarted for 100 million Sheckles or 149 Robux.

That was an event-specific repeat-reward mechanic. The Prehistoric Event ended on July 19, 2025, so the Dino Quest progression and its paid reset are not a current permanent acquisition method. If an old guide tells you to find Blaire and complete 21 Dino Quests, it is describing the original event—not the current 2026 route.
What methods should you avoid?
- Do not wait for the ordinary Seed Shop. The permanent Seed Shop is separate from the Blood Moon/Bone event seed shop, and current references do not list Bone Blossom as a normal restock.
- Do not assume ordinary codes will give you the seed. No reliable current method in the supplied research places Bone Blossom in generic code rewards.
- Do not search for the ended Dino Quest track as though it were still active. The Blaire questline belonged to the 2025 Prehistoric Event.
- Do not treat old value guides as current price data. Bone Blossom’s reported values differ between 2025 and 2026 references, suggesting rebalancing or version differences.
Could a Red Fox steal Bone Blossom?
Older coverage mentioned a Red Fox pet as a possible way to attempt to steal a seed from another player’s farm. This was presented as a chance-based possibility with unfavorable odds, not as a guaranteed acquisition route. It is also older information and should not replace the current event-shop or trading advice.
If you see a guide presenting Red Fox theft as the easiest way to get Bone Blossom, treat that claim cautiously. The dependable answer remains: use the event seed shop when the Blood Moon/Bone event is active, or trade with a player outside the event.

How valuable is Bone Blossom?
Bone Blossom is a rare, limited multi-harvest crop. Its appeal is not just its rarity: it can produce repeated harvests and has a high Sheckle-earning potential.

Historical coverage reported four fruits per yield, with a fifth occurring rarely. A 2026 event-crop reference lists a base value of 185,000 Sheckles per kilogram and places Bone Blossom at the top of its event-crop value table. Older 2025 references reported different figures, including 175,000 Sheckles per kilogram and an average fruit value near 200,000 Sheckles.
Those numbers should not be combined as if they describe one unchanging value. Grow a Garden can rebalance crops, and the sources refer to different versions and measurement conventions. Use 185,000 Sheckles per kilogram only as the currently listed 2026 reference figure, and check the in-game value after obtaining the crop if exact profit matters.
