Find a convoy on the map
Look for a truck icon: convoys are marked this way on the map. Some larger convoys contain two trucks and more enemies, so expect a bigger fight before you can search the vehicles. Dexerto’s guide, published September 18, 2025, describes the icon and convoy setup.
Loot the military-uniformed carrier
Among the enemies near the trucks, look for the infected or soldier wearing a helmet and elbow pads. Defeat it and search its body for the card; you do not need to craft or buy one. The guides describe this as the way to obtain a card, but do not establish that every such enemy drops one. Gamepressure’s guide identifies the carrier and the loot step.
Use Survivor Sense when the area is crowded
If several enemies or bodies make it hard to tell which one to search, activate Survivor Sense to help locate the card-bearing body, as Gamepressure recommends.

Check bodies already on the ground
A card may also be on a body that was already lying near the convoy, not only on an enemy you just killed. A WoW Quests video published September 20, 2025, mentions both possibilities; treat a pre-existing body as worth checking, not as a guaranteed source.
Use the card at the truck’s rear doors
Once you have the card, go to the rear doors of a convoy truck and interact with them to open it. Gamepressure reports that a card can also open the other truck or trucks in the same convoy area. Check each vehicle in that convoy before leaving; the guidance does not establish that the card works for unrelated convoys.

Convoy rewards may include ammunition, weapons, medicine, and other valuables, but the cited guides do not establish fixed contents. Larger convoys have more vehicles to check and more enemies to handle, so weigh the extra potential loot against the added fight.
