Five Eeveelutions require stones; Espeon, Umbreon, and Sylveon require high friendship, with a different extra condition for each. Where to find Eevee
The early Eevee is in a small grassy patch above Wild Zone 1 in Vert Sector. To reach it, follow this route described by Nintendo Life:

- Progress through Main Mission 5, “The City in the Shadow of Prism Tower,” until Emma introduces Side Missions.
- Fast travel to the Pokémon Research Lab near Wild Zone 1.
- Go up Vernal Avenue and turn right after the Hair Salon.
- Turn right into the courtyard marked Vert Sector 9, go down the steps, and cross the bridge to the grassy patch.
Nintendo Life also describes a later Eevee option in Wild Zone 19, near the end of the game.
How to catch Eevee
Eevee may run away if alerted or if you make repeated risky throws. Nintendo Life recommends battling it, then throwing a Poké Ball after it is stunned at the end of the battle. Avoid rushing a throw while it is still able to flee.
