There are 12 homes to check off in Oblivion Remastered: eight city homes and four homes added through downloadable content (DLC). The list below identifies each one, but the available remaster-specific sources do not establish every price or unlock requirement. Treat unverified acquisition details as a reason to check the relevant in-game seller or quest—not as a confirmed remaster rule.
Every player home: the checklist
This working checklist combines homes surfaced by current remaster guides and other guide results. Bethesda’s published edition information confirms that several home-related DLC packs are included with Standard Edition, but it does not provide a complete home inventory or acquisition table.

How to approach the eight city homes
The eight city homes are the Imperial City Waterfront Shack, Benirus Manor in Anvil, Bravil House, Leyawiin House, Bruma House, Cheydinhal House, Arborwatch in Chorrol, and Rosethorn Hall in Skingrad. The guide results identify these properties, but the official material available for this article does not confirm current remaster prices, seller dialogue, fame or disposition thresholds, or quest steps for each one.
Do not assume every city property is obtained through the same purchase. Some are associated with quests or special conditions, and the exact remaster requirements need to be checked in-game or against a dedicated guide that specifically covers the remaster. For Leyawiin, one guide search reports 7,000 gold; regard that as a guide-reported price rather than an officially verified remaster value.

How to find Dunbarrow Cove
Bethesda’s support instructions place Dunbarrow Cove south of Anvil near the Gold Coast. To uncover the location on your map, talk to an NPC about rumors or overhear NPCs discussing Frostcrag Spire. Bethesda lists Fighter’s Stronghold, Vile Lair, The Thieves Den, and Wizard’s Tower among the downloadable content included with the Standard Edition, alongside Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. Its page describes Deluxe Edition as adding quests and a digital artbook/soundtrack app on top of Standard content; it does not say Deluxe is required for those home-related packs. - Check a city property’s seller or associated quest for the current remaster’s price and prerequisites before saving toward a specific figure.
- For quest- or condition-linked homes, follow the relevant in-game objective rather than assuming a straightforward purchase.
- Confirm the relevant DLC is installed and available on your platform before traveling to a DLC home.
