Gracium is a High Rank mining material found at eligible mining outcrops in the Iceshard Cliffs. Check the map’s mining-outcrop filter before setting out: visible gathering nodes can vary with the locale state, and a single outcrop is not guaranteed to yield Gracium.
Where to find Gracium
Reach High Rank and gather from mining outcrops in the Iceshard Cliffs. Use the current map’s gathering filter to locate the mining outcrops that are available in your locale state rather than relying on a fixed route. The Wilds Field Guide, fact-checked August 4, 2026, recommends checking the map because visible nodes can vary.
The Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance Database lists High Rank mining nodes in the following areas and reports a 15% Gracium rate for each listed node:

How to farm it efficiently
- Enter the Iceshard Cliffs in High Rank.
- Open the map and apply its mining-outcrop gathering filter to see currently visible nodes.
- Choose a camp near several of those nodes, then mark the next outcrop so you can follow a loop without unnecessary backtracking.
- Gather at each eligible outcrop on the loop, then finish near a fast-travel point if you want to repeat it.
This is a practical route-planning method, not a measured fastest route; the best loop depends on which nodes the map shows in your locale state.
Why Gracium may not appear
- You are not in High Rank: Gracium is listed as a High Rank material.
- You are in the wrong locale: The named gathering locale is the Iceshard Cliffs.
- You are checking the wrong kind of gathering point: Look specifically for mining outcrops.
- The node is not visible in the current locale state: Refresh your route using the map’s gathering filter.
- A gather did not yield Gracium: The material is not guaranteed from every outcrop; continue through other eligible nodes.
What Gracium is used for
Gracium is a crafting material used for weapons. The Ascendance Database lists weapon-crafting uses, and PC Gamer’s Monster Hunter Wilds guide, published February 27, 2025, describes it as an upgrade material for the Ore Tree weapon.
