The bartender blocks the direct elevator approach, so follow the alternate route and use the current objective prompts to handle any extra access steps.
How to reach Gorak’s Suite
- Follow the Underworld story mission to Mirogana and enter Makal’s Gambling Parlor.
- Decline the broker’s “VIP Invite.” Gameranx and Prima Games both report that it is fake, so spending 50 Credits on it won’t get you into the suite. Gameranx’s walkthrough and Prima Games’ walkthrough describe the bartender exposing the deception.
- When the bartender blocks the direct elevator route, look for the passage beside the elevator and find the vent. Gameranx describes opening the vent with the Data Spike, crawling through the duct, and dropping down near the elevator.
- Use the elevator or turbolift access that the route opens to reach Gorak’s Suite. Follow your active objective if the game presents additional interactions along the way.
If the vent route doesn’t match your objective
The walkthroughs differ on the intermediate interactions. Prima Games describes finding a technician in the passage, paying a 150-Credit bribe, and slicing a computer to call the turbolift; Gameranx instead emphasizes opening and traversing the vent. The available accounts do not establish whether the difference reflects mission state, game version, or an error in one guide. Check the current objective marker and interactable prompts rather than assuming every step will appear in every playthrough.

Gorak’s Suite is not Gorak’s base
Reaching the suite is part of the early Underworld mission. After the meeting goes badly, Danka gives Kay a separate job involving information from Gorak’s base. That later objective takes you into the Pyke stronghold; it is not the parlor-to-suite route. VULKK’s base-infiltration walkthrough covers that distinct sequence.
