Collect seven Psijic Glowglobe Runebox Fragments in the Sunhold Public Dungeon in Summerset, then combine them into a Runebox to unlock the Psijic Glowglobe Emote. Filer Ool in the Infinite Archive has also offered fragments in rotating weekly stock, but availability and price can change.
Where do Psijic Glowglobe fragments come from?
The documented gameplay source is the Sunhold Public Dungeon in Summerset. Defeat enemies there and collect the Runebox Fragments they drop. ESO’s Update 18 patch notes identify Sunhold as the source; later vendor listings describe the alternative drop as coming from random Sunhold enemies.
The sources do not give a drop rate or identify a best enemy, so there is no substantiated target or guaranteed number of runs. Keep farming enemies in Sunhold until you have the full set.
How many pieces do you need, and how do you use them?
You need seven Runebox Fragments. Combine all seven into a Runebox to obtain the Psijic Glowglobe Emote, as specified in the Update 18 patch notes. “Pieces” in this guide means these emote fragments, not parts of a housing furnishing.

Can you get fragments from Filer Ool instead?
Filer Ool in the Infinite Archive has offered individual fragments for Fortunes during specific weekly rotations. For example, an April 14–21, 2026 vendor listing priced one fragment at 3,000 Fortunes and also described random Sunhold enemies as a drop source. That is a historical listing, not confirmation of current stock or price. Check Filer Ool’s inventory in game before relying on this option.
