The route to the terminal goes up to an upper level and across a broken walkway.
Where to find the ARC Access Pass
- Go to the Ministry of Accuracy on Paradise Island. Guides place it on the island’s southwestern coast, west of Fairfield.
- Enter the main building. Find the accessible open door beyond the room where you encounter Inez.
- Climb to the upper level. Use the ladder, then cross the broken walkway or rafters to reach the terminal. Multiple guides identify this as the second floor, although one calls it the first floor; the exact floor label is disputed.
- Use the terminal to print the ARC Access Pass.
- Travel to the Automech Repair Center and present the pass at the gate. Guides name the guard Cade Tierny or Sub-Mechanist Cade Tierney.
Where is the Automech Repair Center?
The ARC is on Paradise Island. Game8 places it directly south of Westport, while other guides describe it as east-southeast of Fairfield. Use those landmarks to orient yourself as you travel.
Can you enter without the pass?
Yes. Walkthroughs report skill-check alternatives: Engineering 3 at the gate, or Engineering 2 combined with Speech 3. These requirements come from secondary guides and are not confirmed by an official game source.
A guide also describes fighting your way in, but warns that violence can cost access to unique quests, shops, and NPC interactions. If you want to explore the facility and its related content, use the pass or a reported skill-check route instead.
