To get the Breslau Blade, destroy all nine crests around the statue in Old Town’s Town Hall square, interact with the memorial plaque at its base, then climb the statue and take the sword from its right hand. The pickup also unlocks the weapon’s blueprint.
Where to find the Statue Sword puzzle
Go to the statue in Town Hall square in Old Town. The Breslau Blade is held by the statue, and the memorial plaque at its base is the puzzle’s final trigger. You must first destroy nine crests scattered around the plaza.
How to destroy all nine crests

Make a circuit of the square and look for crests on the statue’s pedestal, around Town Hall’s entrance and facade, near nearby arches or buildings, and on elevated surfaces. The exact placement descriptions vary among walkthroughs, so check both ground-level walls and overhead spots rather than relying on a fixed numbered route. Shoot each crest until it breaks. Look for the whistle or celebratory fireworks described by walkthroughs as confirmation that the targets are cleared. If you do not get that signal, keep searching the whole square for a missed crest. Gamer Guides, All Things How, and PowerPyx describe the nine-crest requirement.

Return to the memorial plaque at the statue’s base and interact with it once all nine crests are destroyed.

Wait for the fireworks sequence to finish, then climb the statue.

Interact with the blade in the statue’s right hand. Taking it grants the Breslau Blade and its blueprint.
If a crest will not break or the plaque will not activate

Check your aim and position. Aim for the center of the crest and reposition if shots do not register. For high placements, try a rooftop or balcony vantage point.

Try a stronger ranged weapon. All Things How suggests a shotgun or grenade launcher and reports that some players needed a weapon around 700+ damage. That is guide-level troubleshooting advice, not a confirmed universal damage requirement.

Search the plaza again. If the plaque interaction is unavailable, the walkthroughs’ suggested fix is to confirm all nine crests are destroyed, including those on elevated surfaces.

What the Breslau Blade is
Guides also call it the Statue Sword and classify it as a legendary one-handed sword, saber, or machete. The sources are independent walkthroughs rather than official Techland documentation, and their descriptions of individual crest positions are not fully consistent; the shared route is to search the complete Town Hall square, clear all nine targets, and then use the plaque.
