There is no confirmed Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Scream crossover in the official Crytek results reviewed. That does not prove no announcement exists elsewhere, but there are no verified event dates, Scream-themed content, or crossover products to report from the available official sources.
What is confirmed about a Hunt and Scream crossover?
Crytek’s official news results reviewed for this article do not confirm a Scream collaboration. No authorized announcement or representative statement establishing the crossover was located. The available evidence is limited to those results, so it would be too strong to say Crytek has never announced one.

That means there is currently no substantiated start date, end date, event mode, Ghostface skin, paid DLC, or other Scream-related content to describe. Treat claims about those specifics as unverified unless Crytek or an authorized rights-holder announces them.
Why might the claim sound plausible?
Hunt has had at least one official celebrity collaboration. Crytek announced Post Malone’s Murder Circus in November 2024, describing Hunter skins, weapons and variants, and the Ursa Mortis monster. The event ran from December 12, 2024, through February 10, 2025, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. That history shows Hunt has hosted a branded collaboration; it is not evidence of a Scream partnership or a guide to its possible contents or timing.

Which platforms is Hunt: Showdown 1896 on?
Crytek’s August 15, 2024 launch announcement lists Hunt: Showdown 1896 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This is the game’s confirmed platform context, not confirmation that any hypothetical Scream content would appear on every platform.
Is there Scream crossover merchandise or a physical edition?
The official Crytek store result lists the base game and DLC, but does not substantiate a Scream crossover product or a crossover-specific physical edition. No specific physical product tied to this claim is established by the official sources reviewed. A store listing for the game or its DLC should not be mistaken for licensed Scream merchandise.

For a reliable confirmation, look for an announcement from Crytek or another clearly authorized source. If one appears, the useful details to check are whether it names event dates, supported platforms, access terms, the actual Scream content, and any officially licensed merchandise. Until then, a post, image, or rumor without an authorized announcement is not enough to establish what is included or when it can be played.
