During the event, players earned rewards by gaining XP in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone, or obtained other crossover Operators through three store bundles. Activision’s historical announcements do not confirm a rerun or current bundle stock; check the in-game store and recent official Call of Duty announcements for availability.
How the original Squid Game skin unlocks worked
Activision offered two routes during the event: progress the Event Pass with XP, or purchase a Squid Game-themed store bundle. The Event Pass was available across Black Ops 6 and Warzone, and its XP could be earned in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone. Owning Black Ops 6 was not required to participate in the announced event, and buying the game alone did not unlock its rewards. Activision’s event announcement lists the rewards and original event window.

Which skins were in the Event Pass?
The free track included the “Player 006” Operator Skin as an instant reward, the “Player 115” Operator Skin, and the Cleaver melee weapon, among other themed cosmetics. Players advanced through the track by earning XP in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone.
The optional Premium Track cost 1100 COD Points. It added themed rewards, including weapon blueprints and other cosmetics, and awarded the “Front Man” Operator for completing the track. Activision also identifies Front Man as the Premium Track completion reward in its Season 01 overview.

Which Squid Game skins were in store bundles?
These Operators were offered separately from the Event Pass in three store bundles during the promotion:
- Squid Game 2: Pink Guards Tracer Pack: Masked Manager, Masked Soldier, and Masked Worker Operators.
- Squid Game 2: The VIPs Tracer Pack: Panther Mask VIP and Lion Mask VIP Operators.
- Squid Game 2: Young-hee Tracer Pack: the Young-hee Operator.
These were store-bundle offers, not rewards from completing the free Event Pass track.

Can you still get the Squid Game skins?
The announced event window ended January 24, 2025. The official event and Season 01 pages document that original promotion, but do not establish that the Event Pass or bundles are available now or that the event has returned. Check the in-game store and recent official Call of Duty announcements to see whether any bundle has been relisted. If there is no current listing or new official event announcement, the historical unlock methods should not be treated as available.
