That free quest route has expired; Epic’s sources do not establish whether the Outfit is currently available in the Item Shop.
Can you still get Dupli-Kate for free?
No. Epic’s March 14, 2025 event announcement set March 31, 2025, at 9 AM ET as the deadline for completing the Party Up – Spring Raid quests. The event was a limited-time reward route, not a permanent questline.

Epic’s support guidance says many free cosmetics are limited to their season and that Player Support cannot grant missed items on request. The available official information does not confirm whether Dupli-Kate will return to the Item Shop. Check Fortnite’s in-game shop and official Epic announcements for current availability rather than trusting third-party claims that promise a free skin.
How the Party Up – Spring Raid event worked
