The steps below explain how the historical 2025 quest worked, not a current way to claim the reward. Roblox’s event listing confirms its status.
What the Clip It Mega Token quest required
The Clip It Mega Token was the sixth Mega Token in the event sequence. Players were expected to collect tokens in this order before starting Clip It:
- SpongeBob TD
- Unlimited Tag Game
- Pressure
- Chained 2 Player Obby
- Rivals
Inside Clip It, the objective was to find five golden cameras across five scenes. Each camera was paired with a specific Roblox avatar headgear item, which had to be equipped for that scene. The final camera completed the listed objective and awarded the Clip It Mega Token, according to the Pro Game Guides walkthrough, updated March 16, 2025.
Five camera locations and required headgear
| Scene | Headgear to equip | Camera location |
|---|---|---|
| Abandoned Factory | Biggerhead (by Roblox) | Behind the pallets in a corner. |
| Pizza Shop | Cheese Hat (by Roblox) | At the back, between the furnaces and the counter. |
| Spooky Forest | Pink Eye (by Roblox) | Behind the spawn, on an incline beside a tree. |
| Movie Theater Entrance | Headrow (by Roblox) | Down the hallway to the left of the counter. |
| Zen Garden | Teakettle Hat (by Roblox) | In the garden, up the hill near the trees. |
Be precise about the fourth location: it was the Movie Theater Entrance scene, not the separate Movie Theater scene. The walkthrough also noted that players who could not find a required item in avatar-item search could enable the option to show unavailable items. These are third-party guide instructions; exact positions and item availability were not independently verified in-game.

Do not confuse the Mega Token with Clip It’s badge quest
Clip It also had a separate badge quest. It was not the five-camera Mega Token objective:
| Clip It task | Objective |
|---|---|
| Mega Token | Find five golden cameras in five scenes while wearing the matching headgear for each. |
| Separate badge quest | Watch 30 videos, equip three avatar items, and publish a video with a filter and music. |
The badge walkthrough specified that its three avatar items needed to be equipped, not purchased. The distinction matters if a guide or search result calls either reward simply a “Clip It quest token.”

Event context
Roblox’s April 2025 retrospective said The Hunt: Mega Edition ran for 11 days and brought tens of millions of players to the event hub. Roblox also reported audience shares of approximately 26% from APAC, 31% from EMEA, and the remaining 21% from the Americas; those figures add up to 78%, so they should not be treated as a complete regional breakdown. Roblox’s retrospective also quoted esports broadcaster Mimi “aEvilCat” Wermcrantz describing the event as a chance for Roblox players to encounter esports and for esports fans to try a game they might not otherwise have played.
