To unlock Reforged in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, obtain Radzig Kobyla’s longsword during Main Quest 12, “Storm,” then take it to a blacksmith’s anvil and reforge it using three Toledo steel. Finish the forging sequence to create Reforged Radzig Kobyla’s sword and earn the trophy or achievement.
What you need to unlock Reforged
- Radzig Kobyla’s longsword, received during Main Quest 12, “Storm,” after the fight with Istvan Toth.
- Three Toledo steel.
- Access to a blacksmith’s anvil and a completed forging sequence.

How to reforge Radzig Kobyla’s sword
- Progress through the story to “Storm.” After defeating Istvan Toth during Main Quest 12, Henry receives Radzig Kobyla’s longsword as a story item. The PowerPyx walkthrough describes this as automatic and unmissable during the quest.
- Get three Toledo steel. The walkthrough says blacksmiths in Kuttenberg sell it. An XboxAchievements guide also suggests checking blacksmiths, swordsmiths, and armourers. Merchant stock was not individually verified and may vary. XboxAchievements guide
- Go to a blacksmith’s anvil. Select Radzig Kobyla’s longsword and choose its reforging recipe, which requires the sword and three Toledo steel.
- Complete the forging sequence. Heat the sword and hammer evenly from both sides. If it cools before you finish, reheat it and continue. Creating the reforged sword triggers the trophy or achievement.
Optional preparation and missability
Reforge the sword when you can
PowerPyx describes the sword as a guaranteed story item. A TrueAchievements community guide, however, calls the achievement missable, warns that the sword can only be reforged once, and recommends completing the forge before the endgame. Since those cautions come from a community guide and are not confirmed by an official source, the safest approach is to reforge the sword once you have it rather than rely on being able to do so after finishing the story. Improve quality or reduce the risk of a failed attempt
The TrueAchievements guide recommends the Martin’s Secret perk, which it says unlocks at Craftsmanship level 16, for the best sword quality. This is an optional quality tip, not a documented requirement for the achievement. XboxAchievements recommends preparing a save before forging because the sequence can be difficult.
