Reach level 8, take Cyrodilic Brandy to the Shrine of Sanguine northwest of Skingrad, then complete Sanguine’s quest at Castle Leyawiin. After you cast Stark Reality on the Countess’s party, return to the shrine to claim the Sanguine Rose and recover your equipment.
What you need before starting
- Reach level 8. This is the reported level requirement for Sanguine’s Daedric quest in PC Gamer’s Oblivion Remastered artifact guide.
- Bring Cyrodilic Brandy. This is the offering required to begin the quest at the shrine. The guides use this item name; check your inventory for the same spelling.
How to complete Sanguine’s quest
- Find the Shrine of Sanguine. Travel to the shrine northwest of Skingrad, as located in the Gamer Guides shrine quest walkthrough.
- Offer Cyrodilic Brandy. Interact with the shrine and provide the offering to start the quest.
- Go to Castle Leyawiin. Your objective is to disrupt the Countess’s party by casting Stark Reality on the assembled guests.
- Return to the Shrine of Sanguine. Once the party objective is complete, go back to the shrine. The quest reward is the Sanguine Rose, and you can recover your equipment there, as described in the Gamer Guides quest guide.
What the Sanguine Rose does
The Sanguine Rose summons a random Daedra to attack your enemies, according to PC Gamer’s artifact guide. Precise Remastered charge costs, summon duration, and summoned-creature statistics are not established by the cited guides.
