To earn the Toxicology Badge in PEAK, restore 200 total Poison using Antidote, Cure-All, First Aid Kit, or Medicinal Root. Progress can carry across expeditions, and healing another player counts toward the healer’s progress.
What the Toxicology Badge requires
The PEAK Wiki’s badge listing gives the condition as “Restore 200 total Poison by using items.” It says the total may accumulate over multiple expeditions, so you do not need to reach 200 in a single run. The listing also says the badge is awarded immediately once you reach the required total.
This condition comes from a community-maintained wiki rather than verified developer documentation. If the in-game condition differs after an update, check the Accolades screen, where the game lists badges.
Which items count?
The PEAK Wiki lists these four qualifying items:
- Antidote
- Cure-All
- First Aid Kit
- Medicinal Root
Use the listed in-game items to restore Poison; real-world medical supplies or toxicology equipment have no bearing on this badge.

Yes. According to the PEAK Wiki listing, restoring Poison for another player advances the healer’s badge progress, not the recipient’s. If you are working toward the badge, use a qualifying item on an affected teammate and track your own progress.

A separate community badge page lists Vampire Fangs as the Toxicology Badge’s cosmetic reward and labels the badge Rare. These details have less support than the listed unlock condition, so confirm the reward and rarity in the game’s Accolades screen.
