The Muggle Studies classroom is behind the first locked door on your left after you pass the dragon skeleton, and the lock requires Alohomora I.
Route from the Bell Tower Courtyard Floo Flame
- Fast-travel to the Bell Tower Courtyard Floo Flame.
- Go up the stairs on your left and pass through the wooden door.
- Keep left as you descend the stairs and continue through the doors into the dungeons.
- When you reach the dragon skeleton, turn right and follow the long corridor.
- Enter the first locked door on your left. It is the Muggle Studies classroom and requires Alohomora I.
This route follows the dungeon corridors to the classroom entrance; the dragon skeleton is the key landmark. Pro Game Guides and GamesRadar+ describe a Bell Tower Courtyard approach.

Alternate route from the Transfiguration Classroom
If the Transfiguration Classroom Floo Flame is closer, use it instead:
- Turn around from the Floo Flame and go through the door immediately on your left into North Hall.
- Descend the stairs to the dungeon and continue to the sleeping dragon statue.
- Take the first door on the statue’s left. The level-one lock identifies the classroom entrance; it requires Alohomora I.
PCGamesN describes this alternate approach. Choose whichever Floo Flame is unlocked and nearer to you.

Find the Demiguise Moon inside
The classroom is also a Demiguise Moon location. Enter at night to collect it. The guides place the moon to the right, around a corner or on a desk, so use Revelio or scan the room if it is not immediately visible. Pro Game Guides and GamesRadar+ differ slightly on its exact position.
