If you mean hiding your VALORANT Career match history, Riot’s documented privacy settings do not provide a control for that. They hide your Riot ID from players outside your party during play. If you mean your profile on VALORANT Tracker, that service has a separate Make Private option, with exceptions set by Tracker Network.
Hide your Riot ID in VALORANT matches
Riot’s in-game privacy options affect how names appear to players outside your party; they are not a setting for hiding your Career match list. To enable them:
- Launch VALORANT and open Settings.
- Select General, then find Privacy.
- Enable Hide your Riot ID from players outside your party.
- If you also want generic displayed names for players outside your party, enable Use generic names for players outside your party.
Riot documents these as Riot ID display options, not a way to erase or conceal match history. [Riot Games Support: Anonymizing Your Riot ID]
Make a VALORANT Tracker profile private
VALORANT Tracker is a separate service, so changing a setting in the game does not make your Tracker profile private. Tracker Network support directs users to the VALORANT Tracker home page, where eligible users can select Make Private and follow the on-screen steps.
#1 Best Overall
- Next-gen 12,000 DPI HERO optical sensor delivers unrivaled gaming performance, accuracy and power efficiency
- Advanced LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse for super-fast 1 ms response time and faster than wired performance
- Ultra-long battery life gives you up to 250 hours of continuous gaming on a single AA battery
- Lightweight mechanical design and classic shape for maximum maneuverability, durability and comfort
- Compact, portable design with convenient built-in storage for included USB wireless receiver
Tracker Network support says Premier matches cannot be hidden and profiles rated Immortal or higher cannot be made private. Those are Tracker-specific limits, not Riot game settings. [Tracker Network Support: VALORANT Tracker profile privacy]
What the Career page setting does—and doesn’t do
Riot describes Career as a place in the client where players can select a match and report someone. That establishes Career as a match-history interface, but Riot’s cited privacy guidance does not document a control to hide the Career history itself. [Riot Games Support: VALORANT Support]
