Arknights: Endfield is not currently available to download from its Steam store page. The publisher’s Steam instructions describe a limited playtest for eligible players who received a product code by email, so check the Steam listing and official announcement for current access before starting. If you have a valid code, redeem it in Steam, install from your Library, then link Steam to the Gryphline Account that holds the character you want to use.
Install the Steam version with a playtest code
These steps apply to eligible testers who received a Steam product code through the email used to sign up. The publisher’s instructions do not establish general Steam access beyond that playtest.
- Open the Steam client and sign in. If Steam is not installed, install it and sign in first.
- In the lower-left corner of the client, select Add a Game, then Activate a Product on Steam.
- Enter the product code from your email and follow Steam’s prompts to activate it.
- Open your Steam Library, select Arknights: Endfield, and download it.
The Steam build is downloaded and updated through Steam; the publisher says it cannot be managed through the GRYPHLINK launcher. For updates, use the game’s Library page in Steam.
Link Steam to the right Gryphline Account
On the first Steam launch, connect your Steam account to a Gryphline Account. If you already have a character on another platform, use the account that holds that character rather than registering a separate account.

If you already have a Gryphline Account
- Choose Log Into Existing Account & Link when prompted.
- Sign in and follow the client’s instructions to link that account to Steam.
If you do not have a Gryphline Account
Choose Register & Link and follow the prompts to create an account and connect it to Steam. Use this route only if you have no existing account and progress you need to continue.
If you normally sign in with Facebook, Google, Apple, or PSN
- An email is already linked: Choose Log Into Existing Account & Link on Steam and sign in using that email.
- No email is linked: Sign in to the Gryphline Account Center with your original third-party login. Follow its instructions to link an email address that has not already been used to register a Gryphline Account. Return to Steam and select Log Into Existing Account & Link, then sign in with that email.
Choose the server that has your character
The publisher says Steam and other platforms use the same game servers and account data. After linking, progress carries over on the corresponding server. Asia data is separate from Americas / Europe data, so select the server where your existing character is located; linking accounts does not combine progress across those server groups.

Fix common code and update problems
Steam says the product code is invalid
Check that you entered the full code correctly, paying attention to characters that can be mistaken for one another, such as zero and the letter O, or one and the letter I.
Steam says the code has already been used
Verify that you are signed into the Steam account you intend to use. A code can be linked to only one Steam account and cannot be redeemed again.
You need to install an update
Open the game in your Steam Library and download the update there. The Steam version is managed through Steam, not the GRYPHLINK launcher.
