Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteOpen Clash Royale, tap Settings, and sign in using the method already linked to your account. For Supercell ID, enter its email address and the fresh verification code sent there; for a Google Play Games account, select the correct Google account through Play Games or your device settings.
Sign in with Supercell ID
- Open Clash Royale and open Settings.
- Choose Supercell ID and select the login option.
- Enter the email address linked to your game account.
- Check that inbox for a new verification code and enter it in the game. Supercell ID uses a fresh emailed code rather than a password. Supercell’s About Supercell ID guide describes the service as free and recommends connecting accounts to make switching between devices and multiple game accounts easier.
Use the right Google account if the Google button is missing
Supercell says Google account switching for Clash Royale is managed through Google Play Games or device settings. Menu wording may vary by device or app version.
Change it in Google Play Games
- Open the Google Play Games app and its Settings.
- Choose Change account for games.
- Find Clash Royale and select the Google account you want to use, or choose the option to be asked each time.
Change it in device settings
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Go to Play Games → Sign in Account → Clash Royale → Change.
- Select the correct Google account.
Supercell recommends the ask-each-time choice if you use several Google accounts. For multiple Supercell game accounts, it recommends using Supercell ID. See Supercell’s Clash Royale Google Play account instructions.
If you cannot access the linked email or account
If you enabled Account Protection, Supercell says SMS verification or Recovery Codes can be used when contacting Support to recover an account or change its associated email. Recovery Codes are created when Account Protection is activated; keep them somewhere safe. Never share verification or Recovery Codes with anyone other than Supercell Support. Supercell’s Account Protection guide explains the options.

- If you can open the game, go to Settings → Help and Support to contact Supercell.
- If you cannot log in, use the Clash Royale contact form and choose the option to continue without logging in.
- Have your Player Tag ready if you can find it. If you cannot open the account, ask an in-game friend to view it or look for it in a friends list or shared Clan visible to another account.
A Player Tag helps Support locate an account, but does not by itself prove ownership. Supercell’s account help index lists recovery and account-security guidance. Support determines recovery based on account verification; the published guidance does not guarantee that every account can be restored.
