Get the closest match with PC mods
The cited Nexus Mods Lucy appearance preset describes a Female V recreation, but it is a compilation of separate components rather than a single download. Its listed recommendations include an appearance-change preset manager; Lucy outfit pieces such as a jacket, pants, and hair; an eye mod; Lucy makeup, complexion, and eyebrows; and a body or cyberware component. Some clothing and body pieces have alternatives.
- Check the preset page’s current requirements. Review its files, installation notes, and linked dependencies before downloading. Mod files and compatibility can change, and the listed combination is not a guarantee that every component works with your current game build.
- Install each component using its own instructions. CD PROJEKT RED’s modding support page explains that REDmod is free mod support and that compatible mods go in the
modsfolder. It also describes manual installation according to each selected mod’s instructions. Older archive-folder mods remain supported, but do not appear in the REDmod menu. - Check the result in game. If an item is missing or the appearance does not match the preset, revisit that mod’s current installation notes and dependencies rather than assuming all listed files are compatible.

Make a Lucy-inspired look without mods
In character customization, aim for Lucy’s recognizable elements: a pale, cool-toned appearance, short light hair, pronounced eye makeup, and visible cyberware. The exact options depend on the game’s available choices; the sources do not provide a verified slider-by-slider recipe for recreating Lucy in vanilla.
Update 2.2, released on December 10, 2024, added further character customization options, including cosmetic cyberware variants, tattoos, and makeup. Use the options available in your game to approximate the reference rather than expecting a preset that reproduces Lucy exactly.

For clothing, the Wardrobe feature lets you save outfit appearances using clothing you already own, separately from armor stats. The official Update 2.2 announcement lists PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Lucy preset route described here relies on PC community modding; do not assume those mods can be installed on console. Console players can use the in-game customization and Wardrobe options for an approximation.
