What’s actually slowing this PC down?

Short answer: You can do this only if your specific Android TV box and apps can both loop the podcast files into a continuous audio/video feed and send that feed to YouTube through a compatible encoder. YouTube’s published Android mobile-live instructions describe camera streaming, not looping local files, and do not verify an end-to-end archive-loop method for an arbitrary TV box. Confirm both capabilities on your exact device before relying on it.
What the Android TV box needs to do
This setup has two separate jobs: playing the archive and publishing it as a live feed. A box that can play a video file is not necessarily able to create a YouTube-compatible encoder feed, and a streaming encoder is not necessarily able to select, sequence, and continuously repeat local podcast files.
1. Loop the archive
Identify the exact box model, Android version, storage location, and playback app. Confirm that the app can select the podcast files you intend to use, play them in the desired order, and repeat the playlist without stopping. The material available here does not establish compatibility for a particular box or app, so test this on your device rather than assuming Android TV supports it by default.
2. Send a continuous feed to YouTube
You also need an encoder path that can transmit the playback as a live feed. YouTube’s encoder instructions tell creators to enter the YouTube Live server URL and stream key into an encoder, start the encoder, check the preview in Live Control Room, and stop sending content when ending the stream. They do not identify an Android TV archive-loop app or confirm that a particular box can provide the encoder input. See YouTube’s encoder setup guide.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
Set up the Android TV workflow
- Inventory the device and files. Write down the box model and Android version, where the archive is stored, and the app you plan to use. Verify that the app can access those files and repeat the playlist continuously.
- Verify the encoder connection. Establish how the box’s playback becomes a continuous audio/video feed, then confirm that a compatible encoder can transmit that feed to YouTube. Do not treat the ability to play a file—or the presence of a mobile encoder app—as proof of this complete path.
- Confirm YouTube Live access. YouTube says the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Check your channel before preparing the broadcast; see YouTube’s live-streaming tips.
- Create and configure the stream in YouTube Studio. Set the stream’s privacy and metadata, then copy its server URL and stream key into the encoder. Treat the stream key like a password: anyone who obtains it may be able to send content to your stream.
- Start the feed and inspect the preview. Start the encoder and confirm in Live Control Room that both video and audio arrive as expected before relying on the stream. Monitor playback for gaps, frozen video, silent files, or a playlist that reaches its end instead of repeating.
- End the session deliberately. YouTube’s encoder guide says to stop sending content to end the stream. YouTube automatically archives streams that are under 12 hours; do not assume a single session creates an indefinitely continuous archive. Consult the encoder guide for the current workflow.
Why YouTube’s Android mobile-live flow is not the same thing
Google’s Android Mobile Live documentation describes a YouTube-app flow for broadcasting a device camera. Its stated requirements include a camera, microphone, hardware audio/video encoders, Android Marshmallow (API 23) or later, and YouTube app version 13.02 or later. These requirements do not establish that local podcast files can be played as a looping playlist and sent from an Android TV box. The distinction matters: a camera broadcast and a prerecorded archive playout are different workflows. See Google’s Android Live documentation.
Larix Broadcaster is not proof of archive looping
YouTube lists Larix Broadcaster as an Android mobile encoder, but the available Larix documentation reference and YouTube material do not document selecting local podcast files, sequencing them as a playlist, and looping them continuously. Its inclusion as an encoder option therefore does not verify the archive-playout function you need. This is a documentation-based distinction, not a hands-on compatibility test. Larix’s reference is at Softvelum’s documentation page.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
Rights, copyright checks, and monetization
Confirm permission for every part of the archive
Before rebroadcasting, make sure you have the rights needed for public live use of the podcast, including music, clips, guest contributions, and other included material. YouTube’s live-stream terms place responsibility on the creator to have the necessary rights for live content. YouTube also scans live streams for third-party matches; a stream may be interrupted or terminated, and even licensed material may require the rights owner to allowlist your channel. Read the live-stream terms and YouTube’s copyright guidance for live streams.
Do not assume a repeated archive qualifies for monetization
YouTube’s inauthentic-content policy covers repetitive or mass-produced content and applies to live streams. Repeating an archive does not by itself establish that a channel qualifies for monetization; review the channel monetization policies against your content and channel circumstances.

Troubleshoot the common failure points
- The box plays files but YouTube receives no feed: Playback alone does not prove an encoder connection. Confirm how the player’s output reaches the encoder and whether the encoder can transmit that source.
- The broadcast starts but the playlist stops: Check the playback app’s repeat or playlist behavior and test beyond the end of a file. The device’s ability to play one file does not confirm continuous looping.
- The YouTube preview is missing or incorrect: Recheck the encoder’s server URL and stream key, confirm the encoder is sending, and inspect the preview in Live Control Room before treating the broadcast as live.
- You cannot start a live stream: Check channel verification and whether a live-stream restriction has applied within the prior 90 days.
- The feed is interrupted by a rights match: Review the included audio and video rights and YouTube’s live copyright guidance. A licence alone may not prevent interruption if the relevant rights owner has not allowlisted the channel.
- You expect one session to archive indefinitely: YouTube documents automatic archiving for streams under 12 hours; plan sessions with that limit in mind.
