There is no native Windows PC download of Skate 3 listed by EA. EA lists the game for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, not Windows. The official supported alternative is playing the Xbox version on a compatible Xbox console; PC emulation is an unofficial option whose game-specific compatibility and performance should be checked before you rely on it.
Is Skate 3 available to download on PC?
No official Windows PC download is listed on EA’s Skate 3 platform page. EA lists PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and gives the original release date as 2010-09-13. Avoid sites offering a supposed “Skate 3 PC installer” as though it were an EA release: EA does not list one.

Official ways to play Skate 3
Xbox One or another supported Xbox console
Xbox announced Skate 3 for Xbox One backward compatibility. Microsoft’s backward-compatibility guidance explains that a supported disc game downloads to the console and the disc must remain in the drive to play. This is a console installation, not a Windows PC download. Check Xbox’s current compatibility information and regional availability for the console you plan to use.

EA lists a PlayStation 3 edition. The sources cited here do not establish a PlayStation 5 route or compatibility with newer PlayStation consoles, so do not assume that a PS3 copy will work on them.
Can you play Skate 3 on PC with an emulator?
RPCS3 is an unofficial PlayStation 3 emulator for PC. Its documentation directs users to check the compatibility list for the particular game. That makes emulation a distinct, unofficial route—not an EA PC download. The sources cited here do not establish Skate 3’s current compatibility status or how well it performs on a given computer, so check the game-specific listing rather than assuming it will run smoothly.

Buying a copy for the Xbox route
A physical Xbox 360 copy is relevant if you plan to use a compatible Xbox console. EA identifies an Xbox 360 edition, and Xbox’s backward-compatibility guidance covers supported discs. Before buying, verify that the listing is for the physical console game—not a PC installer—and check the seller, disc condition, region compatibility and the console’s current support details. Do not assume that a current digital purchase is available.
