You can play Uncharted: The Lost Legacy as a standalone PS4 game, play that PS4 version on PS5 with some features potentially absent, or buy the remastered Legacy of Thieves Collection for PS5 or Windows PC. The cited PC listings offer the collection—which includes both Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy—rather than a standalone PC edition. Handheld PCs use the PC route, but check compatibility for your exact device; the official pages cited here do not establish Steam Deck verification or performance on any named handheld.
