Use the official Prime 1 Studio product page as your reference point. Before paying, the page should show the same product name, model code, version images, price, edition size and estimated release window. A page on another domain, a changed model code or a materially different price deserves verification before you enter payment details.

If a seller advertises a much lower price, claims immediate dispatch or uses a different edition number, stop and compare the page with the manufacturer’s listing.
Inspect the checkout domain
Check the browser address bar at the payment step, not only on the product page. The checkout should remain on the manufacturer’s authorized domain and use a secure connection. Do not send a deposit by bank transfer, gift card or cryptocurrency to an individual who claims to be arranging a reservation outside the official checkout.

The exact deposit amount can depend on the order and payment arrangement shown at checkout. Review the amount, currency and payment schedule on the final order screen and retain that page with your confirmation. Do not assume the deposit equals a particular percentage of $1,899 unless the checkout explicitly states it.

The published terms state: “The non-refundable deposit shall not be refunded for any reason other than out-of-stock, release cancellation, etc. However, if the member requests cancelation within 24 hours via their account page, the order will be canceled and the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.”
That creates a short decision window:
- The deposit is generally non-refundable.
- A cancellation requested within 24 hours through your account page is identified as refundable.
- The terms also identify qualifying events such as the product becoming unavailable or the release being canceled.
- A request made after the stated 24-hour period may leave you without a deposit refund, even if production has not started.
Because the wording says the 24-hour request must be made through your account page, use that route first. The transaction notice directs cancellation requests to [email protected]; keep a copy of any message and note when it was sent. If you need to cancel, do not wait for a reply before documenting that you submitted the request within the published window.
Safe preorder workflow: from verification to confirmation
- Open the manufacturer’s listing directly. Navigate to Prime 1 Studio and locate model REMGOW-01UTS. Confirm the product name, Ultimate Bonus Version designation, images, 1/3 scale, edition of 400, $1,899.00 price and April–July 2027 estimated ship window.

Budgeting for a balance payment
With an installment arrangement, the non-refundable deposit is paid when you place the order. The remaining balance, including applicable shipping and tax, is charged around shipment. Prime 1 Studio states that shipping preparation begins after installments are complete. A missed balance payment can therefore delay dispatch even if production is finished. Keep the payment method active and update it through your account if it expires.
How installments and shipment timing work
Installments can make a $1,899 purchase easier to schedule, but they do not eliminate the obligation to pay the full balance. Before selecting an installment plan, write down:
- The deposit amount charged immediately.
- The number and timing of later payments shown in your account.
- Whether shipping and tax are included in the later charge or added separately.
- The point at which Prime 1 Studio considers all installments complete.
- What happens if a payment method is declined or expires.
The balance is expected around shipment rather than at the original preorder date. Since the ship window is only an estimate, keep funds available beyond July 2027 in case production or logistics move later. Do not schedule a house move, event or gift around the estimate.

The product page lists April–July 2027 as the expected ship window. Prime 1 Studio’s terms also say preorder release dates may move and that a release can be canceled if production is discontinued. The date should therefore be treated as a range supplied for planning, not a contractual delivery guarantee.
Possible consequences of a changed schedule include:
- A delayed balance charge or a longer period during which your deposit remains committed.
- Shipping and import costs that differ from the original estimate.
- The need to update your delivery address if you move before dispatch.
- A canceled release, which the terms identify as a situation that can qualify for a deposit refund.
Keep your account contact information current and read production or shipping notices. If your address will change, contact support before dispatch and obtain written confirmation that the order record was updated. A carrier’s delivery to the registered address is treated as the buyer’s responsibility under the terms.

Choose a delivery address that can accept the shipment
Prime 1 Studio says it uses carriers such as FedEx or DHL. Its terms do not accept P.O. boxes or lockers. Use a physical address where the carrier can deliver a large, valuable package and where an adult can monitor tracking and any customs request.
Before the estimated ship window
- Confirm the street number, apartment or unit information and postal code in your account.
- Check that the address will remain valid after April 2027 and through the rest of the estimated window.
- Arrange a trusted recipient or delivery instruction that complies with the carrier’s rules.
- Make sure your email address and phone number can receive payment, tracking and customs notifications.
After dispatch
Track the parcel through the carrier named in the shipping notice. Watch for a duty or VAT request and verify that any payment request comes from the carrier’s legitimate tracking system. Do not click an unexpected text message asking for a small fee without checking the tracking number independently.

A reseller or marketplace listing is not automatically fraudulent, but it adds another party whose policies must be checked. The manufacturer’s direct terms establish the deposit and cancellation rules described above; a third party may impose different conditions.
Before considering an alternative seller, verify all of these points in writing:
- Seller identity: Confirm the legal business name, physical contact details and return policy. A seller who will not identify the source of the item is a poor choice for a limited release.
- Exact version: Check that the offer is for REMGOW-01UTS and the Ultimate Bonus Version, not another Kratos statue or a different edition.
- Edition allocation: Ask how the seller obtained its allocation and whether the order is already placed with the manufacturer.

What to keep in your preorder file
Create one folder for the order and store:
- A screenshot or saved copy of the product page showing the name, model, edition, price and estimated window.
- The terms and commercial-transactions notice accepted at checkout.
- The order confirmation and payment receipt with the timestamp.
- Every installment receipt and any revised shipping or tax notice.
- Support correspondence, especially a cancellation request or address change.
- Carrier tracking, customs invoices and photographs of visible package damage at delivery.
