Make sure you are in the right Roblox game
“Blue Lock” is used in the names of multiple Roblox experiences. Their menus and code systems are not interchangeable. These instructions apply to the experience titled Start Your Blue Lock Career, identified in the official Roblox listing as a game from Ponder Inc.

Before entering anything, check the title shown on the experience page and in the Roblox client. If you joined another Blue Lock-themed game, its Settings menu may not contain the same code field, and a code reported for Start Your Blue Lock Career may not be recognized there.

What you need before redeeming
- A Roblox account signed in to the account that should receive the reward.
- Access to the Start Your Blue Lock Career experience rather than a similarly named game.
- The complete code text, copied exactly or ready to type.
- A connection stable enough for the game to submit the redemption request.
Some current walkthroughs say the code controls become available after you finish or skip the opening tutorial. 3. Open Settings with the cogwheel
Look for the Settings control represented by a gear or cogwheel. Current walkthroughs place the gear at the bottom-left of the interface. Screen layouts can vary by device, aspect ratio, or later game updates, so if it is not in that exact corner, scan the game HUD for the same cogwheel icon.

Select the cogwheel to open the Settings menu. The official experience description identifies Settings as the redemption location, making this the authoritative path even if a guide shows the button in a different position.
4. Find the code field
Inside Settings, locate the field labeled Enter Code or REDEEM A CODE. The wording may differ slightly between interface versions, but it should be a text box associated with a redemption control.
Click or tap the field before typing. On a phone or tablet, the on-screen keyboard may cover part of the menu; scroll or dismiss the keyboard if you need to see the button. On a computer, paste with your normal keyboard shortcut or type the characters directly.
5. Enter the code exactly
Paste or type the complete code into the field. Copy-and-paste is usually safer for long strings because it reduces transcription mistakes, but check that you copied only the code and not an adjacent space, punctuation mark, or explanatory text.
The reviewed official description does not confirm whether code entry is case-sensitive. Preserve the capitalization shown by the source and do not deliberately change upper- and lower-case characters. There is also no confirmed rule in the official description about redeeming while a match is in progress; use the Settings screen from the normal game interface instead of assuming a match will support the form.

6. Press Redeem
Select Redeem. This submits the code and is the claim step described by current walkthroughs. Wait for the game’s response rather than clicking repeatedly. A success or error message should appear in or near the Settings menu.
7. Follow any save-slot prompt
Pocket Tactics instructs players to select the save slot that should receive the rewards. The official experience description does not mention save slots, so this prompt may depend on the current interface or account state. If the game asks you to choose a slot, select the intended one and confirm it. If no slot prompt appears, do not search for a separate slot menu; the game may apply the reward through its normal account flow.

Which code is currently reported as active?
Code lists are temporary snapshots, not a permanent catalog. Destructoid’s October 13, 2026 update listed INFINITEUPDATE as active. Pocket Tactics’ October 13 list also included INFINITEUPDATE among a broader set of codes.

Because the two trackers differ in how many codes they list, an omitted code is not automatically confirmed expired, and an included code is not automatically valid when you read the article. Try the code through the in-game Settings form and use the game’s response as the immediate test. If a list has a publication date, compare that date with your attempt; older lists are especially likely to contain expired entries.
What to do when a code fails
Check the spelling and every character
The most common practical failure is an incorrectly entered string. Roblox Support advises entering promo codes accurately, and the same care is appropriate for an experience-specific code. Compare your entry with the source character by character. Look for a missing letter, an extra space, a substituted number, or punctuation copied from surrounding text.

Copy-and-paste can prevent typing errors. After pasting, click inside the field and use the arrow keys or selection controls to verify that the entire code is present. If you typed it manually, delete it and try a fresh entry rather than correcting several characters in place.
Confirm the experience
Return to the Roblox experience title and verify that it is Start Your Blue Lock Career. A code can fail simply because it belongs to a different Blue Lock game. Open the code field from that game’s own Settings menu, not from another experience that happens to use a similar name.
Confirm the Roblox account
Make sure you are signed in to the account that should receive the reward. Roblox Support’s account guidance is written for platform promo codes, but checking the active account is still a sensible diagnostic for an in-game redemption attempt. On shared devices, another player may have left a different Roblox account signed in.
Consider expiration
Roblox Support notes that promo codes can be active only for a limited period and cannot be redeemed after that time frame. Experience-specific codes are similarly subject to change. A code that worked for another player, or appeared on a list earlier in the day, may have expired or been disabled by the time you submit it.
Do not treat a tracker’s “active” label as proof of continuing availability. Check the date of the list, try the code once in the correct Settings menu, and stop retrying if the game clearly reports that it is expired or invalid.

Look for the game’s response
Press Redeem once and read the message the game displays. If there is no visible response, check that the field still contains the code and that the Settings panel is fully loaded. Closing and reopening the Settings menu can refresh the interface, but it does not make an expired code valid.
Check for a save-slot choice
If the game accepts the code but asks where to apply the reward, choose the intended save slot. A player who skips this prompt may believe the code failed when the game is waiting for a destination. This save-slot behavior comes from a third-party walkthrough rather than the official description, so follow the prompt only if it actually appears in your version.

There are two separate redemption concepts:
- Start Your Blue Lock Career codes: entered inside that Roblox experience through its Settings menu.
- Roblox platform promo codes: handled through Roblox’s own account or promo-code system and governed by Roblox’s platform rules.
Roblox Support’s advice about accurate entry and limited redemption periods is useful background for avoiding mistakes, but it does not replace the game’s Settings procedure. A Roblox website redemption page cannot substitute for the in-game code field identified by the official experience description.

Neither method changes the code’s validity. The important variable is whether the submitted text matches the active code exactly and whether the code is still available.
A complete troubleshooting checklist
- Verify that the Roblox experience is named Start Your Blue Lock Career.
- Reach the main game interface, completing or skipping the tutorial if the game presents one.
- Open the cogwheel and enter the Settings menu.

The reviewed official description does not establish that codes are case-sensitive, that codes can be redeemed during a match, that tutorial completion is mandatory, or that a particular reward is attached to a particular code. Those details should not be treated as universal rules unless your game version displays them directly.
Fastest reliable method
Launch the correctly named experience, reach the main screen, open the cogwheel, and use the Settings code field. Paste the complete code, press Redeem, and follow any save-slot prompt. If it fails, check the game identity, account, exact characters, and expiration before trying again. For the October 13, 2026 status snapshot, INFINITEUPDATE was reported active by two third-party trackers, but only the in-game response can tell you whether it remains usable for your account.
