What the preorder bonus is
The promotion grants one named item in Call of Duty: Mobile: the ICR-1 “Shattered Relay” Weapon Blueprint. It is an in-game digital reward, not a physical product, accessory, manual, collectible, or separate code identified by the announcement. The qualifying purchase is a digital edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.
The promotion does not describe a separate reward for each edition. Both the digital Standard Edition and the digital Vault Edition qualify for this particular Call of Duty: Mobile blueprint. You do not need to upgrade from Standard to Vault to become eligible for the item.

Eligibility: which purchase and account qualify?
Any digital Standard or Vault Edition
The announced qualifying purchase is any digital edition of Modern Warfare 4. The promotion specifically names the digital Standard Edition and digital Vault Edition. A physical edition is not identified as qualifying, so do not treat a disc or other physical package as sufficient evidence of eligibility for this reward.
One matching Activision account
The Activision account used to log in to Modern Warfare 4 must be the same Activision account linked to the Call of Duty: Mobile app. This account match is the central eligibility check. Buying the game on one account and opening Call of Duty: Mobile on another can prevent the reward from being associated with the intended player, even if both accounts belong to you.

The instructions require signing in to Modern Warfare 4 on October 23, 2026, the stated launch day. The launch-day sign-in registers the qualifying account for the reward; merely placing a preorder does not complete that step.

- Open Call of Duty: Mobile. Confirm that an Activision Account is linked to the app. If no Activision Account is linked, create one or link an existing one as directed in the game.
- Record the Activision ID you intend to use. The same account must be used in both titles. If you have more than one Activision account, decide which one owns the preorder and which one is linked to Call of Duty: Mobile.
- Check the preorder edition. Confirm that the purchase is a digital Standard or digital Vault Edition of Modern Warfare 4. Keep the platform and purchase account details available in case support needs to verify the transaction.
- Avoid switching accounts at launch. When you open Modern Warfare 4 on launch day, use the Activision ID already associated with Call of Duty: Mobile, not a different account that happens to be signed in on the console or PC.
The promotion does not publish a universal menu path or button name for checking account links. The important requirement is the account relationship itself: the Activision account used to log in to Modern Warfare 4 must be the one linked to the mobile app.
How to redeem the blueprint
1. Create or link an Activision Account in Call of Duty: Mobile
Start in the mobile app and make sure it is connected to an Activision Account. Players without an account must create one; players who already have one should link that account to the app. Do not proceed with an unlinked mobile profile if you plan to receive this promotion, because the announced eligibility rule depends on the Activision account attached to the app.
2. Preorder a qualifying digital edition by October 23
Preorder the digital Standard Edition or digital Vault Edition of Modern Warfare 4 for your chosen console or PC platform no later than October 23, 2026. The promotion says players who have already preordered can continue; they do not need to place a second order.
The edition choice does not alter eligibility for the ICR-1 blueprint. Select the edition that fits your needs, but do not purchase a Vault Edition solely to obtain this specific Call of Duty: Mobile reward.
3. Sign in to Modern Warfare 4 on launch day
On October 23, launch the game and sign in using the Activision ID linked to Call of Duty: Mobile. This is a required registration action in the promotion instructions. A preorder receipt by itself does not replace the launch-day sign-in.

If the platform presents more than one account choice, stop and verify the Activision identity before continuing. Signing in with the wrong account can associate the launch activity with an account that is not connected to your mobile profile.
4. Watch the Call of Duty: Mobile in-game mailbox
Beginning October 30, open the in-game mailbox in Call of Duty: Mobile and look for the ICR-1 “Shattered Relay” Weapon Blueprint. The promotion uses phased delivery, so the item may not appear on the first day of the delivery period. Continue checking through November 30, when the announced delivery window is due to be complete.
When the message appears, use the mailbox’s redemption action to claim the blueprint. The announcement identifies the mailbox as the delivery location; it does not identify a separate website code-entry process for this reward.
5. Escalate a missing reward after November 30
If the eligible account still has no blueprint after November 30, contact Activision Support. The published deadline for a missing-item claim is December 31, 2026. Do not wait beyond that date if the reward remains absent.

For this reward, Standard and Vault are equivalent on the eligibility question. Any additional contents associated with an edition are separate from the mobile blueprint and are not needed for redemption.

How the delivery window works
Delivery is not described as instantaneous. Activision sets a phased period that starts October 30 and runs through November 30, 2026. That means an eligible player can complete the preorder and launch-day sign-in correctly yet still need to wait for the mailbox message.
- Before October 30: The delivery phase has not started, so an empty mailbox is not evidence of failure.
- October 30 through November 30: Check the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox periodically while phased fulfillment is in progress.
- After November 30: Treat the reward as overdue and open a support case if all eligibility checks pass.
The 30-day period is a delivery schedule, not a guarantee that every account receives the item on the same day. Keep the account consistent while waiting; switching to another Activision ID will make troubleshooting harder.

The preorder was made with a physical copy
The published promotion specifies digital editions. If the purchase was physical, the announced eligibility evidence does not establish that it qualifies. Check the order type before troubleshooting the account.
The mobile app is not linked to an Activision Account
Return to Call of Duty: Mobile and create or link an Activision Account. The reward cannot be reliably associated with an unlinked mobile profile under the promotion’s account-matching rule.

This is the most important account check. Compare the Activision ID connected to the mobile app with the ID used to sign in to Modern Warfare 4. If they differ, the launch-day registration may have occurred on the wrong account. Correct the account issue as soon as possible, then retain the details for a support case.
The launch-day sign-in was missed
The instructions specifically require a sign-in on October 23. If you only preordered and never signed in on launch day, the promotion’s stated registration step was not completed. Contact support for guidance rather than assuming that opening the game later will automatically satisfy the requirement.
The mailbox is empty before November 30
Phased delivery begins October 30 and can continue until November 30. An empty mailbox during that period can simply mean that your account has not reached its delivery phase. Recheck the correct mobile account and continue monitoring the mailbox through the completion date.
The mailbox is still empty after November 30
Confirm the digital edition, matching Activision account, and October 23 sign-in. If those conditions are satisfied and the blueprint is still absent, contact Activision Support before December 31, 2026. State the Activision ID used in both games, the platform, the digital edition purchased, and that you signed in on launch day so the case can be evaluated against the promotion terms.
A practical eligibility checklist
- I purchased a digital edition of Modern Warfare 4.
- The edition was Standard or Vault.
- The preorder was completed by October 23, 2026, or had already been placed before that date.
- An Activision Account is linked to my Call of Duty: Mobile app.
- The Activision account linked to the mobile app is the same one used in Modern Warfare 4.
- I signed in to Modern Warfare 4 on October 23, 2026.
- I checked the Call of Duty: Mobile in-game mailbox from October 30 onward.
- If the item was still missing after November 30, I contacted Activision Support by December 31.
What you do not need for this redemption
The promotion does not identify any physical game package, controller, headset, phone accessory, printed manual, collectible, or separate merchandise as necessary. It also does not describe a standalone redemption code on a retail card. The announced path is account eligibility, launch-day sign-in, and mailbox delivery inside Call of Duty: Mobile.
