There is no verified, current reroll sequence that works for every Solo Leveling: Arise account. Older guides disagree about whether to delete an account or restart as a guest, and Netmarble’s current public support information warns that cancellation or deletion can cost access to account data. If you are considering a reset, first confirm the exact process with Netmarble or in the current game client—and do not delete or withdraw an account that holds progress or purchases until you understand the consequences.
Can you reroll in Solo Leveling: Arise?
Older third-party guides describe different approaches, but neither establishes a reliable method for the current game client. PCGamesN says players need multiple accounts and describes a deletion process; ONE Esports says to delete an account in settings and restart as a guest. Those instructions conflict and should be treated as historical, not as confirmed current steps: PCGamesN’s reroll guide and ONE Esports’ reroll guide.
Netmarble’s current public support material explains account withdrawal, deletion, and platform-linking risks, but does not provide a universal reroll walkthrough. Check the account options in your current client or contact Netmarble support for instructions that apply to your account and platform.
What “resetting” an account can mean
Uninstalling the game, canceling a Netmarble membership, withdrawing game data, and deleting a linked platform account are not interchangeable actions. The available official guidance discusses account cancellation and linked-account consequences; it does not establish that deleting the app resets saved progress.

Canceling a Netmarble membership
Netmarble’s privacy portal states: “When you cancel your membership, all information created in your account will be deleted, and the canceled account cannot be restored to its previous state.” Its portal also describes a 30-day period during which a withdrawal may be canceled by accessing the game; after deletion, recovery is difficult. Check the current instructions and status before taking action, rather than assuming cancellation is a reversible way to reroll.
Deleting or withdrawing a linked platform account
Netmarble’s Solo Leveling: Arise support FAQ warns that withdrawing or deleting the linked platform account can prevent access to the game server, character, and other information associated with it. The FAQ also says an existing platform link cannot be changed to another account on that same platform. Do not remove a linked account simply to test whether it resets your game.

Playing as a guest
The official Netmarble shop warns that purchase data may be lost when using a guest account and advises linking the game account before purchasing. That is a reason not to make purchases on a guest account unless you have confirmed how the current account-linking rules apply to you.
Is rerolling worth it?
It depends on what you have already invested and what you hope to gain. The sources available do not establish current reroll success rates, attempt times, or the odds of getting a particular hunter or item by restarting. Treat rerolling as a personal trade-off, not a guaranteed shortcut to a better opening roster.

- Little progress, no purchases: Starting again may be a reasonable personal choice if a specific opening result matters enough to you to repeat early play. Confirm that the reset method still works before acting.
- Substantial progress or a roster you value: Keeping the account avoids giving up what you have already earned. Membership cancellation can delete account information, according to Netmarble.
- Purchases or a linked platform account: Pause. Verify exactly which account would be withdrawn or deleted and what game access or purchase history could be affected before proceeding.
- Unsure whether the goal is achievable: Do not restart on the promise of a guaranteed SSR, specific hunter, or quick set of pulls. No current source here substantiates those outcomes.
Before you start over
- Identify the account and action. Check whether you are considering membership cancellation, game-data withdrawal, a platform-account deletion, or merely uninstalling the client. They can have different consequences.
- Check progress and purchases. Note what you would lose, and whether the game is linked to a platform account. The shop’s guest-account warning makes purchase history especially important.
- Confirm the current procedure. Review the account menu in your installed game version or ask Netmarble support. Do not rely on older guides as proof that their steps or labels remain available.
- Proceed only if the loss is acceptable. If you cannot confirm the effect on your data, purchases, or account access, keep the existing account rather than experimenting with deletion.
Why account creation limits matter
Netmarble’s Korean operations policy says the company limits how many accounts a member can create and may restrict accounts created beyond that limit. The policy also describes deletion for certain accounts that have been inactive for a long time and meet specified low-level and non-paying conditions; those provisions are not a reroll method. Do not assume that creating multiple accounts is consequence-free.
