Complete Judy’s jobs in order, refuse Maiko’s payment in Pisces, and choose the romance and commitment dialogue in Pyramid Song.
Can your V romance Judy?
Judy’s romance in the unmodded game is available to V with a feminine body type and feminine voice tone. A V who does not meet both conditions can still complete Judy’s personal jobs, but the romance scene will not trigger. The guides reviewed do not identify lifepath or genital selection as requirements. PC Gamer’s romance guide was updated June 18, 2025; Gamers.Wiki’s route was published August 25, 2026.

Which jobs do you need to complete?
After the main-story job Double Life, Judy’s personal questline proceeds in this order:
- Both Sides, Now
- Ex-Factor
- Talkin’ ’Bout a Revolution
- Pisces
- Pyramid Song
Answer Judy’s calls and check your messages between jobs. Follow-up calls may depend on in-game activity, and guide reports differ on the exact waiting time. If a job does not appear right away, continue other activities and check back rather than relying on a fixed number of hours. What Pisces choice keeps Judy’s romance available?
Make a manual save before starting Pisces so you have a recovery point if you want to revisit the choice. The least ambiguous route is to reject Maiko’s plan. If you allow Maiko to take over Clouds, refuse the payment she offers: Gamers.Wiki reports that accepting the €$12,040 payment blocks Pyramid Song, the final job in Judy’s romance route.
You do not have to kill Maiko to preserve the route. The guide reports that killing her, knocking her out, or sparing her can all leave Pyramid Song available, provided you handle the payment choice correctly. PC Gamer similarly advises refusing Maiko’s plan or declining her money if you go along with it.

How do you romance Judy in Pyramid Song?
When Judy invites V to dive, accept. Continue accepting her invitations as the job unfolds, then make the romance choices during the overnight sequence. The detailed dialogue route reported by Gamers.Wiki is:
- Stay at the cottage when prompted.
- Choose “We’re still synced.”
- Choose “It is ours” when that response appears. For an eligible V, this leads to the kiss and romance scene.
The next morning, the choice on the pier determines whether the relationship becomes committed. Select “the beginning of something amazing” to establish a committed relationship. This is a separate decision from reaching the intimate scene; the alternative leaves the encounter non-committal. Inverse’s walkthrough corroborates the broad sequence.

Can Judy visit V’s apartment after Pyramid Song?
On Update 2.1-or-later content, Judy can be invited to repeatable hangouts at V’s apartments after her romance questline. The guides reviewed exclude Dogtown apartments from this feature. These hangouts are optional and are not needed to unlock the romance.
