To schedule separate morning and evening playlist streams in Gyre, create a stream for each time block, build its playlist, then add each stream to Gyre’s Streams Scheduler with a start time, end time, or both. Show the schedule to viewers in Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+05:30), but first verify what time zone Gyre displays in your account: its published guidance does not establish whether the scheduler stores or converts times to IST.
Check your channel and account before setup
Gyre’s guide says channel authorization uses the Google Account that owns the YouTube channel. It lists these channel prerequisites: the channel must be verified, live streaming must be enabled, and it must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. Gyre also describes manual stream-key setup as an alternative for creators who need it. Gyre’s automation guide explains its authorization and scheduler workflow, while its pre-recorded streaming guide covers channel prerequisites.
- Confirm you can sign in with the Google Account that owns the channel if you plan to authorize it.
- Check channel verification, live-streaming access, and any restrictions before preparing playlists.
- Choose authorization or manual stream-key setup based on the control you need in YouTube Studio and the access you have to the owning Google Account. Gyre describes authorization as the streamlined path and manual setup as useful for advanced Studio configurations; confirm the current options in your account.
Plan two distinct playlist streams
Decide what belongs in each viewing block before creating scheduler entries. A morning stream might have a different theme, title, description, and sequence from an evening stream, but the appropriate content and hours depend on your channel and audience—not a universal India-wide peak-time rule.
Choose content and order
Gyre says playback follows the file order you select and returns to the first file after the playlist’s final file. Arrange the sequence deliberately, especially if viewers may join partway through or watch across a loop. Gyre recommends at least one hour of material and says three to five hours is ideal; these are the vendor’s recommendations, not a universal requirement or a tested threshold.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Use material you have the rights to stream. A YouTube series playlist is a separate YouTube feature for grouping creator-owned videos intended to be watched together; it is not the same thing as Gyre’s playlist scheduler. See YouTube Help’s explanation of series playlists if you also want to organize eligible videos on YouTube.
Choose separate streams or one stream
Gyre documents each stream as its own scheduler entry. Separate morning and evening streams let you use different playlist content and metadata for each block. If you use one stream instead, make sure its playlist and public-facing details suit both audiences; do not assume one schedule or playlist will behave like two independently configured entries.

Create and schedule the morning and evening streams
- Authorize the channel or set up the stream key. In Gyre, use the channel-authorization path if you can authorize with the owning Google Account and want the streamlined setup. Choose the manual stream-key option if your workflow requires more direct YouTube Studio control. Follow the current in-account prompts; labels can change.
- Create the morning stream and playlist. Add the intended files in the playback order you want, then set stream details appropriate to the morning audience.
- Create the evening stream and playlist. Give this stream its own relevant content and metadata rather than assuming the morning entry will automatically create a second schedule.
- Open Gyre’s Streams Scheduler. Add the morning stream as a scheduler entry and select its start time, end time, or both. Repeat for the evening stream. Gyre documents month, week, and day views, and says entries can be edited or removed.
- Verify the time zone with a low-risk test. Compare the time shown in your Gyre account with the intended IST time and local date, then confirm the broadcast starts as intended before relying on unattended launches. The published workflow does not say which time zone Gyre uses internally or whether it automatically converts to IST; do not assume that a displayed clock is Indian time.
- Publish the viewer-facing schedule in IST. State the time zone explicitly—for example, “7:00 AM IST (UTC+05:30)”—and keep the announced times aligned with the verified schedule. Recheck after account or interface changes.
Choose hours viewers can rely on
YouTube’s live-stream scheduling tips recommend a consistent schedule creators can sustain and communicating changes so viewers know when to watch. YouTube suggests displaying the schedule on the channel banner. For an Indian audience, express the public schedule in IST to avoid ambiguity, then use your channel’s audience analytics to refine the actual hours. The cited guidance does not identify universally best morning or evening times for Indian channels.
Check Gyre plan availability for the scheduler
Gyre’s current guide lists playlists and the scheduler on the free trial, Start+, and PRO+ plans, and says the Start plan does not include the scheduler. Plan names and inclusions can change, so confirm the current plan details in Gyre before subscribing or building a workflow around a specific tier.

- The stream does not start at the announced IST time: Check the scheduler’s displayed time zone and date in the account, then compare with IST (UTC+05:30). Run a test before publishing or relying on the entry; automatic IST conversion is not established by Gyre’s published workflow.
- The scheduler option is unavailable: Check whether your current plan includes the scheduler. Gyre’s guide says Start does not include it, while the free trial, Start+, and PRO+ list it; verify the latest in-account plan details.
- The wrong content plays: Review the file order in the specific stream’s playlist. Gyre says the order determines playback, and the playlist loops back to its first file after the final file.
- The channel cannot be authorized or go live: Confirm you are using the owning Google Account and that the channel is verified, has live streaming enabled, and has no restriction from the preceding 90 days. If authorization does not suit your Studio setup, check whether manual stream-key configuration is available for your workflow.
- The morning and evening entries share unintended details: Open each stream separately and check its playlist and metadata. Gyre treats each stream as its own scheduler entry, so verify both rather than relying on changes made to one.
- Viewers are confused about when to tune in: State IST and UTC+05:30 in the channel schedule, communicate changes, and keep the published hours consistent with the verified scheduler entries.
Or let it run in the cloud
If you want uploaded videos to keep a YouTube channel live without leaving a computer running, StreamNeo is a cloud option: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It plays uploaded videos, not a live camera feed. Each slot is always on, loops playlists, and can recover automatically if YouTube drops the stream.
