To set up a 24/7 YouTube stream with LiveReacting, create a 24/7 template or project, upload rights-cleared media, enable looping, connect your YouTube channel, configure the broadcast, then go live or schedule it. LiveReacting runs the broadcast on its servers, so your computer can be turned off after setup. First make sure YouTube live streaming is enabled for your channel; initial activation can take up to 24 hours.
Before you build the stream
Check YouTube live-streaming eligibility
In YouTube Studio, confirm that live streaming is available for your channel and that it has no active restrictions. If this is your first time enabling live streaming, allow up to 24 hours for activation, as LiveReacting’s setup guidance notes. Check your current channel status before preparing a scheduled launch.
Use media you can broadcast
Use videos, music, and visuals that you created, own, or are licensed to stream. For third-party material, check that the license specifically permits livestream transmission and any replay or recording use you intend. Being able to upload a file does not establish that you have broadcast rights.
Choose a loop format
- Single-file loop: Best for a simple stream built around one asset. Repetition is high, so consider whether the format offers meaningful value to viewers.
- Playlist loop: Add several cleared files, choose their order or shuffle, and enable playlist looping. This gives the stream more variety but requires a prepared catalog and ongoing playlist maintenance.
Set up the LiveReacting broadcast
- Create the project. In LiveReacting Studio, create a 24/7 template or start a project from scratch.
- Add your media. Upload the video or audio files you have rights to use. LiveReacting says paid plans also support imports from supported YouTube, Google Drive, or Dropbox sources; confirm current plan limits and import availability before relying on them.
- Configure playback. For one file, turn on Loop. For multiple files, add them to a playlist, set the order or shuffle option, and enable playlist looping. Check the loop setting before launch so playback does not simply stop when the file or playlist ends.
- Connect YouTube. Authorize your YouTube channel in LiveReacting or use a YouTube stream key where appropriate. Keep a stream key private; anyone with access may be able to broadcast to your channel.
- Set the broadcast details. Enter the stream title and description. Choose a duration or manual stop. If scheduling, check the device time zone shown in the scheduling controls and confirm that your intended start fits YouTube’s current scheduling window.
- Preview and start. Check the starting position and stream settings, then select Go Live or use the scheduled start. Open the YouTube watch page and confirm the broadcast is actually live.
- Close your local setup if desired. LiveReacting describes the stream as running on its servers, so after confirming the broadcast is live, you can close the browser and turn off your computer.
What to expect from the stream and its archive
LiveReacting says YouTube does not publish a maximum live-stream duration, but warns that streams longer than 12 hours may not be saved. That is a platform caveat reported by the vendor, not an independent measurement. Keep your original media files if you need a dependable copy of the content; do not rely on YouTube to preserve a complete archive of a long-running broadcast.
#1 Best Overall
- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Continuous playback does not guarantee monetization. LiveReacting’s tutorial flags repetitive or mass-produced programming as a monetization concern. Make the channel useful beyond simply repeating a file, and check YouTube’s current policies directly before making plans based on monetization eligibility.
