For each scheduled stream, use Notify me on its watch page; for a repeating alert, add the schedule to a calendar or reminder app. If the stream is members-only, also enable member-content notifications in YouTube.
Enable notifications for members-only live streams

In YouTube, open Settings → Notifications.

Enable notifications for members-only content. YouTube says members may receive a notification or email when a channel schedules a members-only live stream that is due to begin in 30 minutes. This is a notification tied to a scheduled stream, not a customizable recurring reminder. See YouTube’s membership benefits guidance.
Set a reminder for one upcoming stream

Open the scheduled stream’s watch page.

Select Notify me. YouTube describes this as the way to get a notification when a live stream or Premiere goes live. It applies to that particular upcoming stream; do not assume it enrolls you for later installments. See YouTube’s live-stream viewing instructions.
Create a repeating alert for the channel’s regular schedule
If the creator streams at a regular time, make a recurring event in a calendar or reminder app you already use, and include the channel or stream link. This is a manual workaround, not a recurring-reminder feature documented by YouTube. Update the event if the creator changes the schedule. Keep YouTube notifications enabled as a separate way to hear about individual scheduled streams.

Check the settings that affect delivery
Channel, account, and device notifications
For standard subscriber live-stream notifications, YouTube says to choose All in the channel’s notification control and allow YouTube notifications for both your account and device. These settings work together; a channel choice alone may not be enough. YouTube’s subscriber notification troubleshooting guide also notes that an encoder broadcast must be public and detected as live before subscriber notifications are sent.
Android Scheduled digest
On Android, open Settings → Notifications → Scheduled digest and check whether the digest is enabled. It combines push notifications, including live-stream alerts, and can delay a notification until after the stream has ended. See YouTube’s Android Scheduled digest guidance.
Notification limits
YouTube documents a limit of up to three notifications per channel in 24 hours for uploads, live streams, and Premieres, and one Community post notification in three days. Repeated posts therefore are not an unlimited reminder system; the figures are operational limits on YouTube’s help page, whose year is not stated.

Troubleshoot a reminder that did not arrive

No reminder for future episodes: Notify me is for the specific upcoming stream. Set a repeating calendar alert for the schedule instead.

No standard subscriber alert: Confirm the channel is set to All and YouTube notifications are allowed for your account and device.

Encoder stream alert arrives late or not at all: For subscriber notifications, the stream needs to be public and YouTube must detect it as live. A stream that has not met those conditions may not trigger the expected alert.

Android alert appears after the broadcast: Check whether Scheduled digest is combining and delaying push notifications.

Some channel alerts are missing: YouTube’s per-channel notification limits may apply. A calendar reminder you created yourself is a separate route, though it will not automatically adjust when the schedule changes.
