Current official materials do not document a way to export or import a wardrobe outfit preset between Disney Dreamlight Valley players. The preset codes announced in the September 23, 2026 update are for decoration presets, not outfits. You can show an outfit with DreamSnaps or let a friend visit your Valley, but neither option transfers an editable wardrobe preset.
Can you share an outfit preset by code?
Not according to the official update notes currently available. Gameloft’s September 23, 2026 Season of Scares patch notes describe “Presets Code Sharing” under Decorating and say to select Share Presets in the Presets option menu. That feature shares Decoration Presets; the notes do not describe a code for sharing a character’s clothing or importing another player’s outfit.
This distinction matters if you are searching for “share presets by code”: the announced code is not an outfit code. The available official information does not establish that outfit sharing is impossible in every game version or future update, so check newer patch notes if the feature changes.

Show the outfit with DreamSnaps

Invite a friend to your Valley
A Valley Visit Station code is for connecting to a player’s Valley, not for sharing a preset. Gameloft’s multiplayer announcement says visitors can change outfits and accessories while visiting; it does not say they can export or import the host’s outfit preset.
Share a decoration preset
If you meant a decorating layout rather than clothing, open the Presets option menu and select Share Presets to generate a code. The September 23, 2026 patch notes state that decoration preset codes are valid for 14 days, including if the creator later changes or removes the preset. This code shares a decoration preset only.
