A Steam community guide recommends grouping creatures in Ferro Goo at Xephyr’s Pillars of Turpitude, then shooting a Scorpio Puffer to trigger an electric chain. The guide describes this method; it is not developer-confirmed or independently tested.
Where to find a group of creatures
Travel to the Xephyr — Pillars of Turpitude landing zone, then head southeast. According to the Steam community guide, a clearing beyond skeletal remains contains Puffer Foxes and Scorpio Puffers.
How to shock five creatures at once
- Spread Ferro Goo: Use the Ferro Goo Dispenser across the clearing.
- Draw creatures together: Toss a few bait pods so nearby creatures gather in the goo.
- Trigger the electric burst: Once the group is clustered, aim at a Scorpio Puffer and shoot it. The guide says the puffer’s electric burst can travel through Ferro Goo and shock the group.
- Check the objective: The requirement is five creatures shocked at once. If fewer are affected, gather them more tightly and try the setup again. The guide does not report a success rate.
What to know about this method
The location, creature names, and Ferro Goo chain method come from the Steam community guide. The official Revenge of the Savage Planet site describes goo-based gameplay and creature capture, but does not explain this particular challenge. Epic Games Store’s guide to Upgrade-o-Rama discusses objectives and creature stuns without documenting this shock-chain method. Treat the setup as a community-recommended approach, not a guaranteed mechanic for every game version.
