Blue: iPhone message Tapback responses
EXCLAMATION POINTS, HEART, QUESTION MARK, THUMBS UP
These are labels for Tapback reactions in iPhone Messages. EXCLAMATION POINTS may look like it belongs with punctuation, but here it is grouped with the other reaction labels.

Purple: “Pan”
BAD REVIEW, CAMERA MOVEMENT, COOKWARE, SATYR
A review can pan something, a camera can pan across a scene, cookware includes a pan, and Pan is a mythological figure identified by the answer label SATYR.

When a set of four has a clear, concrete connection—such as event types or reaction labels—consider locking it in. For the remaining words, check whether they relate through different meanings or associations of the same word. That is a practical observation about this board, not a guaranteed strategy for every Connections puzzle.
Rank #3
Connections boards contain 16 words arranged into four groups of four, and a contemporaneous guide describes a limit of four incorrect guesses. Parade’s October 25 guide and TechRadar’s guide for the same date identify this historical board as puzzle #502 and corroborate its solution.
